So, I honestly don’t know where to begin.

So, I honestly don’t know where to begin. Started at 321 Auto where my daughter, sole provider with two sons bought a used 2018 Durango. Car overheated, needing a new head gasket, starter, phasers, and it was still running rough. I made an executive decision to take to the manufacturer, dealership where the service technicians are trained to work on Dodge vehicles. They claimed, the work at 321 was never done, by the looks of it, so I believed them. They stated the cam needed replacing. We’d already spent $3500, this cost was $3682 on Oct 25, we brought it home not 2 weeks later, phasers needed replacing, but wait didn’t 321 replace them? November 14, 1068, November 27, the other side needed replacing, oh one of them they were paying for. Then one week later, honest to God, on interstate 20 West bound the engine lost its oil all over the interstate…. It’s now the Head, interesting enough, I asked Savannah, why didn’t we just replace the entire engine at this point? Well, that’ll be 6000.00. I stated Maybe if I’d been told that before I would’ve saved some money but now? So we just got the car back on Dec, 31, btw we needed another starter? Thought 321 replaced it, oil pan and new engine, grand total 3549, plus another 500.00…. I kid you not, we, my daughter and I are driving back to Camden after work. In the dark, and she says “mom, my air conditioner isn’t working? Meanwhile, every time I questioned Richie and Demonte, service manger and General manager they threw 321 under the bus. 321 stated Jonathan, service manager has 321 admitted to Demonte, car came in with problems and it was driven to RPMs at over 5, causing it to run hot. Chad, owner at 321 called xx, car came in green. Alisa, I guess regional manager stated none of it was their fault and No, they could not provide us with a rental. So, back to the air conditioner, guess what now the condenser was leaking and had no antifreeze in it when they got the car….? So, they left it, documented it, but failed to mention it. I’ve never in my life. I’m just so dang disappointed in this service. I can go to Jiffy Lube pay 100 on oil change and they tell me everything, but I spend 10, 724 dollars at your dealership and you don’t think it’s important to tell me about the condenser? I’ve called and they blame us, our fault. You’ve had your hands all in that engine and not a peep. Meanwhile, it needed new tires and NTB on Killian, gave me several discounts, took pictures of engine and stated maybe I should get a third opinion. One would ask, why are you still putting money into it? Well, this far in, 8000.00 down payment and still owe on it, what would you do? I’ll tell you I’m writing a review every where I can. It’s all on credit cards, btw, it’s the only way I could afford it. Karma does come back, so I’ll let God be God, and hope none of them have to see my face in hospice, because I’m sure it might make them worried. No reason, because I wouldn’t have a choice I’d have to serve my fellow man, regardless of my feelings. Be on guard, beware and go luck. Follow up: As you see below the Owner, responded to my review, however when I called, dealership sent me to Orangeburg location who sent me to Alisa, no thank you. So they are in fact not interested in resolving or helping gain trust.

I reached out off CarGurus they raised priced on CarGurus

I reached out off CarGurus they raised priced on CarGurus after talking with them if it didn’t have history in CarGurus and my screenshot would have been more money. They also added $3,995 to the financing to say it’s delivery and prep, they said we add this to everyone even if they buy on the spot and pickup at dealership. No other dealer has ever done that I was very happy before seeing that as I was never told that at all either. It looked like that amount was added to even to total they wanted before they dropped price down on CarGurus. The sales manager was not helpful and didn’t call back the general manager didn’t care for the sale and I wasn’t rude at all I was curious what was going on the whole time took forever.

I stopped by to look at car at the Chrysler/Dodge

I stopped by to look at car at the Chrysler/Dodge dealership a week ago before having to rush off to a wedding. The vehicle was not posted online so I should have noticed red flags in the beginning. Sales rep by the name of Jackson assist me and I decided to go ahead and get car but was short on time to complete anything, so they requested $500 to hold the vehicle until Monday to complete sale, so I did. I didn’t sign or do any paperwork that day because of the time constraints. After I got to my event, I decided to take another look at the CARFAX I was able to pull myself on the vehicle and noticed that they haven’t done an inspection or maintenance on vehicle since receiving it. I called the dealership 15 minutes prior to closing to inquire about it but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Monday morning when they open, I called my sale’s representative and ask about the inspection and maintenance and was told he will check on it and call me back. He never called back so I decided to stop by there and check. He walks up to me, and I responded, “you supposed to had call me back” and he responded, “ my bad but they are doing the maintenance on it now”. If I hadn’t mentioned, they were plan on selling me the car without it, in which I have never experienced with a dealership before. The day before they opened, I noticed they had pulled the car to the front of the store. I had stayed there an extra night which was my last off day to handle this purchase. Because of the car not being ready, was going to delay me driving back to Alabama, I asked if I could just wait until the car was completed to bring the check back, in which I was going to have to take off and fly back up to pick up car. Another rep. said that was fine, but I could go ahead and do the paperwork now. I said I wasn’t going to do any paperwork until the car was complete and ready to be picked up. He was like that was fine. My plans were to come back to pick up car that Friday, so before leaving out I told my sales rep. to call me once the car is completed, so I could schedule to come back. After leaving Monday morning, I didn’t hear from the sales rep. until Friday morning asking if I was planning on still coming to pick up the car this morning. I was like you were supposed to call me when everything was complete so I could take off from work to fly back over. Then I asked him when everything was completed, and he answered on Monday. I said it’s been completed ever since then and no call to let me know anything. He then responds, “my bad”. I then say I don’t think I even want the car now and his response was “ok”. After that blunt response with not trying to even persuade me or ask what he could do to fix the misunderstanding. I then say no I don’t want the car now and he again says “ok” and we hang up. I waited to see if anybody was going to call after that to fix the issues but didn’t get any calls. A couple of hours later I called and requested to speak to the general manager and was sent to his voicemail where I left a message to call me back. After not getting a call, I call back and left a message with the receptionist to have someone to call me and still didn’t get a callback. I then went on the website, left my concerns, and got a call from I think an internet manager who says they were assigned to me. He agreed that it shouldn’t have been handled that way and that he would investigate it and give me a callback. I still haven’t heard from him since Friday. This is worst customer service I think I have ever experienced from a dealership.

Take your vehicle anywhere else but sumter.

Take your vehicle anywhere else but sumter. Service department has no idea what they're doing. Brought vehicle in ( with appointment 5/16/24)for recalls, vehicle sat all day with no work done because they didn't have the parts on hand and my phone # was not correct in system. Fast forward to today 6/7/24, I go in and ask about my parts and to get an appointment for recall and TSB ( Technical Service Bulletin) work. They didn't order my parts and couldn't give me an ETA on when they would be. When asked for estimate for TSB work, they added 1.5 hours of labor and tried to add in unnecessary work. I would suggest doing your homework before going or take your vehicle somewhere else, later is probably better.

Everyone was and are always very polite and professional.

Everyone was and are always very polite and professional. I was offered a great trade in for my car, but I was not ready to finalize the deal that day. I am certain to visit again and one day I will purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, I missed out on a Hellcat that I would have certainly taken home that day. The car was sold and the lucky person was there to pick it up.

They had 2 2019 Sentra.

They had 2 2019 Sentra. I told sales I wanted the black one. But since he had already written up the blue one he told me the other was more expensive. Was never allowed to test drive car. Sales guy drove. Find out brakes were bad, radio knobs didn't work and batteries on key fob were dead. It's a push button car. I financed 20,000$ to get played by lazy sales guy who lied about the price of the car I actually wanted. Make this dealership your last resort, then still pass by them on your way to Columbia or Florence for a car. My sales guys were Bernard and Adam.

Excellent dealership!

Both Michael, Cody and others were very helpful and got my daughters radio installed very fast. Service and Parts department was the best after calling many other dealers. Highly recommended.
