xx Sales Tactics

I called, was direct about what I wanted, was told to call back in 10 minutes for a price. I intentionally dig not leave my number. Someone I had not spoken with called me back in 5, called me by the wrong name, was indirect and justified their mark up on the vehicle despite my earlier conversation. Bait and switch, obfuscating sales xx. I will never buy a car here.

Great experience here at Central Ford.

Great experience here at Central Ford. They were so kind and made me feel at home. They honored the MSRP price for my Maverick. I got a great monthly payment. Overall fully satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend. Robert was the best! Thanks!

I accepted all terms and was ready to come in 30 minutes

I accepted all terms and was ready to come in 30 minutes to pay cash for the car I wanted. Sean said he will call me back in 15 minutes. I have never heard back from him again.

They really do not care about Business Consumers

The only reason we chose to have our work truck serviced here is convenience as it is very close to our Business location. We have had our service truck in and out of this dealership for more than a month because the truck would not start and the gear shifter would lock in Park position. They have removed and replaced the entire dashboard to replace the ("GAGES???), replaced the safety neutral switch and we took the truck back after paying the bill, then it happened again. We take it back and they have the truck for more than a week, no calls nothing. We come back to the dealership and the service department shows no progress and really do not seem to care that without this truck in our fleet we lose money and we have to send employees home . We will be returning to Cerritos Ford for future service.

Shoddy customer service

Inquired about a used Ford Ranger online. The customer service was very poor at best. I felt they weren't interested in gaining any new business. No explanation about warranties, etc. I'd probably get better customer service at a rundown used car lot.

Central Ford, #1 worst Ford Dealership

I made a car deal with Lidia Perez & Sales Manger AJ. Needless to say they sold the car, out from underneath me. I bought a $700 air fair, made transportation arrangements to ship the car. I called to change the apt time, and they responded with we sold the car earlier this morning. I called the Gen. Manager, all he could say was he couldn't get it back. No Apologies from any of them. If I hadn't called to change my appointment time, I would have flown down, rented a car, shown up at the dealership. Car would have been sold. Would you want to do Business with an outfit like this? Plenty of Ford Dealerships out their, do yourself a favor ,find another one besides this one!
