Bought a lemon form RBM of Atlanta Three months after purchase, I was told I needed to replace valve body, torque converter, and transmission. The dealership said they would gladly repair my car for $16,000! If you are thinking about purchasing a car from RBM of Atlanta...don't do it!!

Bought a lemon from RBM of Atlanta. Three months after purchase, I was told I needed to replace valve body, torque converter, and transmission at a cost of $16,000. That's $16,000 worth of regret!

Jason Friedman provided excellent service in taking care of end-to-end process of purchasing the vehicle. He was honest, courteous and friendly. He is knowledgeable and clarified all the questions about the process and the vehicle operation as well as specs. He collected the vehicle for a minor adjustment and delivered it home after correction, which I appreciated for saving my time. I give Jason 10/10.

After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that
After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. Much appreciated!
