i have now bought 4 mercedes from this dealership.my last 3 transactions have been with steve szczupak. he is the consummate professional. purchasing a vehicle is no longer painful.

experience with Rick Robbins

RIck Robbins was an excellent sales person and did a great job selling me my ML 550. He was always available for follow up questions. I am very happy with the car and with my experience with him and the dealership.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

In well over 20 years of buying cars, this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The quality of the car is only surpassed by the quality of RBM - and probably vice versa. From the very first test drive to delivery, working with Gerry and Eric was easy, informative and exactly what buying this type of car should be. Tom made the paperwork easy and the follow-up on everyone's part made sure that it was a perfect experience. I can't recommend RBM enough and look forward to many more years of doing business with them.

Although I purchased my Mercedes at another dealership, I had it serviced at RBM of Atlanta & was highly impressed with the care & attention that I received from my advisor, Pam, & the staff in general. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, I went back to RBM & met with Gerry Modzelewski. He was AWESOME! Super personable, very knowledgeable about the product, found exactly what I was looking for at the price point I needed & got me through the buying process expeditiously & comfortably (just wanted to point that out b/c many women do not feel confident navigating the car buying process alone). It was a pleasurable experience, would highly recommend Gerry & RBM!

great time buying a car at rbm of atlanta,ga.

2nd time at rbm #1 c class #2 2014 GLK,my wife and I had a wonderful and thoughtful time buy our new GLK,kyrus a great salesman and friend thanks to all at RBM.

A totally professional buying experience

I have always hated the experience of buying cars. For the first time, I have found an exception. I recently purchased a CPO Mercedes S550 at RBM of Atlanta and I have never been so satisfied. The showroom was immaculate and I was treated to a thoroughly professional experience. While price negotiations are always difficult, we concluded the deal quickly and without the normal run around. I had done research on prices ahead of time and felt that I received a very fair deal. I drove out of the dealership with the car I wanted at a fair price and felt very good about the entire transaction from beginning to end.

Third New Mercedes Purchased From RMB

Jerry Peek provides professional and outstanding customer service. I had called Jerry asking for some documentation on the 2012 car that I had purchased from RBM. When I arrived Jerry had the document for me and we discussed the new E350s. I told Jerry some of the wants that I had on the new version of the E350 and he reviewed the inventory. He offered to let me test drive one of the cars which I did. The entire experience was not hurried and I felt that he gave me his full attention even though I had not come in with the intention of purchasing a new car. Jerry asked if he could run the numbers and after some thought I decided to purchase the car. As it was getting close to closing time I offered to pick the car up the next day but Jerry had the car prepped and got me out that very evening. Jerry is very knowledgeable of the Mercedes product. RBM is a great dealership. Everyone there goes out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasurable experience. This is the second new car that I purchased from Jerry and the third from RBM. I highly recommend RBM and you can get a more professional and knowledgeable sales person than Jerry.
