RBM of Atlanta

This is the second Mercedes Benz I received from RBM, and while I was in the market for a change of vehicles, as I sold my 528BMW to my son,I was drawn back to RBM by one very pleasant, enriching phone call from Steve S.,I appeared at the front door. at approximately 3:00 PM and left at 6:00PM in my new C250 skiling from ear to ear. Steve and Kay handled my request with sincerity, and a high degree of professionalism Also , I was attracted back to RBM because my prior experince with their Service Dept. and notably Mr. Phillps it was an easy choice for me to make and so I did just that. Most Dealers of any brand don't exhibit the warm feeling and overall excellent manner that was evident again at RBM

Steve did a great job helping me navigate the process. He was very straightforward and helpful, even when I migrated towards a lower priced vehicle.

RBM is un like many dealerships. They care and take the time with their customers. Professionals in every department. Charlie Vaccaro is like family. He works to make sure you are completely satisfied with the car and this dealership. This was my second car purchased in two years from this dealer and I won't go anywhere else. Mr Szczupak is a very attentive sales person. He answered all our questions. Punctual, Very easy to talk to. He gave us as much time as we needed during the purchase process. He has a very good knowledge of my car. He also called us to check whether we have any questions days after we bought the car. I will definitely recommend him to a friend.
