Extra Mile Customer Service
Very well managed. The service is professional, friendly and attentive. The waiting area is neat and comfortable. After I turned my keys over for my vehicle to be serviced, I received a text inviting me to reply back if I needed anything while they worked on my car. In addition to changing the oil and rotating the tires, they also washed my car! I work in Clarkston and live in Monroe. Hennessy Cadillac's location isn't convenient at all, but I'll keep coming back because of their 'extra mile' approach to customer service.

2016 Cadillac SRX
Kurt Hunter was our salesman. Spoke to him on the phone first. He answered all my questions very professionall. No presser at all. Test drove two cars and bought one. He took his time with us showing all the features on the car. We will definatly use him again and refer our friends and family to him. Hennessy is very fortunate to have him as an Associate. Thank you Kurt for doing such a great job. I Love my Cadillac.

Inefficient Operation
Brought my Caddy in for an oil change. Told service advisor that the automatic headlights stayed on during bright days. I was told that this was a technical issue and that the technicians were backed up for days and I would need to schedule another appointment (I live 55 minutes from the dealership). David the service advisor was very helpful in fixing my vehicle remote. After an hour and 15minutes, the service advisor brought me my invoice and somebody else's key fob. I paid for the oil change which was at least 15% higher than what I pay at the Mazda dealership for my CX9. The service advisor apologized for the mix up in keys and said my car was being washed and would be back shortly. The car was finally delivered 2 hours after I brought it in ---- it was dirty! Also, I noted on my invoice that they performed a multi point inspection but unlike Mazda, or Acura, they provide no detail sheet on the inspection. They just said they did it! While waiting for my Cadillac, I googled issues with Cadillac automatic headlights and found that if the wipers are turned to automatic then the headlights assume that it is raining and turn on. Turn the wipers to the off position and the automatic headlights work properly. As a side note, my CX9 has automatic wipers and automatic headlights but the headlights assume that if there is bright sunshine, then the headlights assume it's not raining! The service advisor should have known this. I really like my used Cadillac but now remember why in 1997 I finally gave up on American cars. It was not so much the quality of the automobile, but the dealership service. Before this experience I was seriously thinking of upgrading to an XTS after driving a very nice rental on vacation. Ouch!! On a positive note, the sales experience back in February was excellent!

Great Customer Service
I found the car I wanted online and spoke with Dave Bush. We were late getting to the dealership and Dave stayed late to help us with the purchase. He was wonderful to work with, made us feel comfortable with our purchase and helped with an easy transaction. When my husband and I returned home (2 hours away), we both had a voice mail from Dave wanting to make sure we made it home okay and was enjoying the car. Thanks to Dave for all of his help.
