I was really satisfied with my purchase of a loaner
I was really satisfied with my purchase of a loaner defender with very low mileage. Dealing with them was fantastic and they made the process very easy, especially since I was in a lease that only BMW could help me get out of. My sales representative Kip went above and beyond by contacting BMW located nearby and they bought my car, leaving me with an extra $2000 in my pocket. It was definitely a great deal to get out of a lease two years early. Although I didn't plan on buying a car that day, the numbers worked out in my favor, so I went ahead with the purchase. It was a simple and satisfying decision. The car has been fantastic. And I'm looking forward to driving it several more years. I had planned to buy a car soon anyway so I was able to pay for it in cash, but I had to take out a loan for about two weeks. Always painless.

Poor Management & Customer Service
This was my first and last experience with this dealership. I took my car to get repaired for a bad water pump . I had issues getting in touch with my service advisor to get a update on my vehicle. After a week i was able to get him on the phone to get a update on the progress. He informed me that i needed new belts and a new water pump. So i gave him the ok to proceed woth yhe work. After almost two more weeks of calling try to get answers about my car i was informed my advisor doesn’t work there anymore. No one called to inform me anything. But finally after calling and asking questions i was informed my car was done. So i ask for my car to be washed and ready for me to pick up the next day . They said sure…. But when I arrived to pick up my car it was parked under a tree with leaves and tree sap all over it. I was furious , i took my car to get detailed which cost me 175.00 . After complaining about the issue they offered to repay me for my detail cost. So after sending them the receipt. They emailed me back saying i need a receipt saying i have a 0 balance.. I will just talk my losses but i will never take any of my vehicles to this dealership for repairs. Poor management and customer service!!!!!!! Beware of this place!!!!!

Worst dealership experience I've ever had.
Worst dealership experience I've ever had. The General Manager "RJ" is more like a typical used car salesman and has no customer service skills. When you're spending $125,000 on a vehicle you would think it would come with better service. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone else.

It was great to work with Kip at the Gwinnett dealership. Helped me work out a deal and about 2 hours later drove away in a new 2023 Range Rover SE. Beautiful car and great staff all around at the dealership!
