Great place to buy

Dealership including sales rep Marvin Harvey have always been honest and low pressure, he was more concerned that i was happy than anything else, this is my 5th kia from him, and i'll return in the future.

My experience was wonderful I was greeted outside and once I came inside the service even gotten better. Hunter was the young man that service me. I was explained everything that was going to be done to my Kia a hour and a half later my Kia was done. I was updated all the way Thanks Rick Case Kia

The customer service is incredibly rude.

The customer service is incredibly rude. I brought my car in specifically because it was under recall and had all the symptoms of needing a new engine under the court ordered recall. When I made the appointment I was told I would be provided with a rental car while they worked in it, which was a lie. After two weeks and multiple phone calls they FINALLY looked at it and told me the diagnostic would be $199!!!! I was in tears and under extreme duress and in tears from being told there was no transportation for me/ and I live on SSN and have no money for a rental car, when I apparently signed a paper which to my understanding was simply an intake paper. Hours later I looked at what they presented me with and saw that it was for $199 for a diagnosing a car that I had ONLY BROUGHT THERE BECAUSE IT HAD ALL THE RECALL SYMPTOMS and because I had an appointment to get the engine replaced under the recall letter!!! NOW they want to charge me $4227 for repairs they say are not in the recall and they refuse to even make the repair that I brought the car for in the first place!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I will NEVER buy a Kia again and will tell everyone I know to NEVER about a Kia. The cars are HORRIBLE and they take ZERO responsibility for them or for KIa owners. Worst car experience of my life!!!!!

Had recall work done.

Had recall work done. Despite being told there was a complimentary shuttle, there was not. I had to pay for a lyft. When they reached out about my service I told them that. Was contacted by Josh and asked if there was anything I needed to help rectify to reply back. I replied twice asking for one more piece of recall work, it's been 7 days... No answer.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Worst dealership EVER! If I could give a zero star rating, I definitely would! The only time you can talk to anyone is when they want to sell you a car. Any other time including setting up service for your car, they simply transfer to a voicemail where nobody returns your calls, including the manager of the dealership. They only want to sell you a car. After that you're on your own. There are MULTIPLE reviews on here with people having the same exact problems with this dealership. I am having to contact Corporate office and am getting the same run around from them as well. Will NEVER buy a Kia again.

Worse service department ever. Brandi and manager

They have had my car since May 2nd. I was told on June 2nd they ordered the engine. It took 2 weeks to install the engine then they tell me they got the wrong bolts and they ordered the right bolts. Then they and say I need a starter which I knew was their fault but tried to convince me to get my warranty to cover it. I told them no. Brandi tried telling me maybe the engine was to powerful and blew the starter like I'm boo boo the fool. After talking to the manager and letting him know that I was not paying for a starter he calls the mechanic and sure enough they had messed up the starter. I was told on the 20 I would have my car in 3 business days. We'll today is the 4th business day, no phone calls,they won't answer the phone when you call. I was on hold for 30 minutes and nobody picked up the phone. This place is a joke. Rita Case I'm sorry but the message we hear while on hold is a TOTAL LIE😡😡😡

Fair, Flexible, Professional and Friendly

I can only comment on the Sales process I encountered. Just took delivery of a Niro EV. It had to have been one of the best purchase experiences I've had. No kidding! Monique listened to my situation and was flexible enough to work with me. Then Nick got involved and worked his magic and I picked up my vehicle the next day! They were fair, flexible, professional and friendly the entire time.

My service advisor Jordan was great.

My service advisor Jordan was great. She notified me of all the items ny vehicle needed and worked with me on addressing the most needed items this go around.
