It was easy to give Airport Marina Ford a score of "5" for every category because they always meet or exceed my expectations for service or repairs. Airport Marina Ford stands out as being better than 3 other Ford dealers I've gone to (1 in Connecticut, 2 in the greater Los Angeles area). When I first took my Explorer to Airport Marina Ford for service in February 2007, I was warmly greeted by Mr. Robert Juarez. I quickly became a loyal customer and he has been my Service Advisor ever since -- for over 4 years now. Throughout my most recent service visit on 7-7-2011, I have only the very best things to say about Mr. Juarez. He is sincere, knowledgeable, helpful, personable, courteous, and great at answering questions. It is a relief to be able to delegate the care of my Explorer to Mr. Juarez because I know that the maintenance will be done correctly and any needed repairs will be done right the first time.

My recent visit was for an engine R&R due to my 5 liter 302 dropping a rod bearing on me at 130,000. Gary in the service department was very helpful and knowledgeable from the start, explaining to me the basic long block cost, the labor, the possible additional small parts, and was also very helpful in the rental car voucher when the first engine came in damaged. Not his fault, not mine but he he did give consideration to us for the delay. He was available for questions and always got answers. I will recommend Airport Marina Ford to anyone who askes thanks to Gary and your competetive pricing. Thanks again.

This was my second encounter with Mr.Dustin on two differant problems with my 2010 ford Mustang. His professionalism,courtesy and kindness far surpasses any I've ever recieved in my 35 years of driving,25 years of ford products and about 20 years of service at centinela Ford. Dustin also kindly explained to me in layman's terms the nature of my problem and my options,which was well appreciated,slept good that night. In closing comments, I have to say everyone is not the same, a previous visit there produced an absolute 100% opposite experience in attidude and above mentioned ratings.

Gary was the BEST sevice advisor I have ever experienced. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service. I didnt have to wait long and he kept me updated. I was originally upset at the defective battery that I purchased from Airporgt Marina Ford but he fixed the problem and made me a very satisfied customer. The work was done in a timely manner. I will be back for service in another 2500 miles and I hope that Gary will still be there to help me. Thank you very much Gary. Satisfied Customer Mike.

My F-150 Raptor was showing an error code in the dash and was also due for it's 7500 mile scheduled service. Gene was very friendly and helpful over the phone and was ready for me when I arrived at the dealer. He explained exactly what was going to be done, cost and time it would take. Yet more importantly he stuck to that exactly. He kept me informed and was on top of everything after I left the truck. I have owned 12+ vehicles (several being high-line)and this was hands down one of the best service experiences I have had yet! Thanks to Gene I will definitely reccomend this dealer and be returning for all of my Ford service needs. KUDOS to Gene!

Tim was fast, friendly, and efficient. The price was highly competitive, and they completed the agreed-on improvements on time. A good purchasing experience. I had previously short-listed a number of dealers for this type of vehicle on Autotrader and Marina Ford had amongst the best prices of any dealer listed.

Mr Moore was very professional in his dealing with me. I had an electrical problem in my vehicle and Mr Moore was rentless in pursuit to solve the problem in which he did. The cost to repair the electrical problem was very reasonable, versus other quotes I had to repair the electrical problem in my vehicle. I appreciate service technican's that are willing to go the extra mile to "root - out" a mechanical problem for a customer, not just merely give excuses and want to charge extra for every effort put forth.
