We bought our car from Classic.

We bought our car from Classic. Had a recall. Called to set up appointment. Told us to bring it in first of week. There were several other issues we had that we asked to have fixed. We called as soon as we got notice of recall n asked how long it would take to fix the car. They said about 3 to 4 days. So we asked for a loaner n they said they would try. We took car in first of week. But they didn’t have a loaner. All the cars on the lot n no loaner!!! We asked them to call n tell us how long it would be after they looked at the car. We waited 3 days n no call. We finally called them n they had not even started the work. But would get to it by end of week. They called n said it probably wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Now mind you, it had been there a week. We asked for a loaner but of course they didn’t have one. So we picked it up Monday. We had a rattle in roof but they said it was a factory defect so they couldn’t fix that. We have automatic dimmer lights. When they would dim, there was a black spot in the middle of the lights. Said that was normal. I could go on but as you can tell, we were not happy campers. Thank goodness we had two cars but still think they should have given us a loaner if it was going to be there for a week. It was under warranty so we didn’t have to pay anything. I let them know we were not satisfied with the service but all they said we are sorry it took so long. We asked to speak to manager but he never came back to service department. We will never use their service again. We love the car n our salesman was very nice. But once they sell you a car, it’s good bye!!! I hope no one else has had a bad experience but from what I have read, lots of people have. Obviously they don’t read the reviews or they would fix “something “ in that department.

I dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic.

I dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic. I was told they would have my car for 7-10 business days. I was under the impression this time would be for everything from dropping off, having the diagnostic done, making a plan for repairs if needed, and repaired. It took over a week for them to even touch my vehicle before i decided i cant wait any longer and would have to take it elsewhere. I was fortunate enough to borrow a family members car, and i cant imagine how much money i would have put into a rental for my car to sit in their lot, untouched for a week. Service techs did not try to rectify the situation and just said "okay" when i explained my frustration and needing to come get my car back.

After purchasing my car from out of state, I no longer

After purchasing my car from out of state, I no longer got the assistance from the dealership. I have been reaching out to them for the past 2 weeks and even spoke to my sales rep with no update to when I am able to get my tag from my state DMV. I have left multiple voicemails and a message with the operator with no response. If you are from out of town I recommend not buying anything from this dealership.

Awesome staff!

Awesome staff! They go way beyond to help you. Joey McDougal ..Sales Manager and Taylor .. our salesman were the best!! You would not be disappointed buying a vehicle from Classic Ford!

Customer service very poor.

Customer service very poor. I made an offer on Wednesday by text (salesman's preferred communication) with no response. I made an offer on Thursday via voicemail with no response. On Friday morning, the salesman called and accepted offer with arrangements to come in later that afternoon to pick up the vehicle. Two hours later, I received a text saying that "they just sold the truck to someone else". I called and spoke to sale manager William Doggett to discuss the situation. He told me (without asking his salesman) that I wasn't telling the truth and hung up on me. Do not do business with this dealership.

This Lincoln Corsair was purchased from the same

This Lincoln Corsair was purchased from the same dealership to which I take every time for service. Prepared service plan and bundled other facilities with it was added at the time of car purchase. I had 5 services including this one and never had loaner or any other offered benefits were offered and when requested even a month in advance the service manager declined it. His explanation was for me "to go home and read the fine prints on the conditions". This Dealership as well as the service center keep providing proof they are good for nothing!!!

I brought my truck in to get a recall fixed.

I brought my truck in to get a recall fixed. They would not fix the recall, but they did a diagnostic test instead. The recall would’ve fixed the issue with the truck.

From the time I called to make an appointment to when the Lincoln rep showed up at my house even earlier than I thought I would have to wait the service was phenomenal. I love the mobile service!

Kirsten at Quick Lane had my scheduled The Works appt on

Kirsten at Quick Lane had my scheduled The Works appt on her tablet. She then asked me if I had an upgraded service plan, which covered my service. Recieved my SUV back in about an hour. Service tech called attention to an issue to keep an eye on down the road. Friendly, professional and informative. Can't ask for much more.
