I took my car in for the yearly maintenance.
I took my car in for the yearly maintenance. The dealership is clean, the staff (especially Marcus) was professional and pleasant. The only issue I had was the “wait” service took almost 2 1/2 hours. The lobby was full of people waiting , which led to a lack of seating.

North Point Volvo ?
North Point Volvo ? Unacceptable and Unsafe Service My vehicle displayed an SRS / Airbag / ?Service Urgent? warning. During a scheduled maintenance visit, I was told the issue was repaired. I paid for the service and took the car home. The exact same warning returned the very next day. I was then informed that a required part was missing and would arrive within one week. ? Three weeks passed. No communication. No updates. Only after Volvo Customer Service randomly called to ask if I was satisfied did this issue resurface. After I explained the situation, the General Manager contacted me, apologized, and said he would personally handle it. I was told to bring the vehicle in immediately. I did. ? The car remained at the dealership for three days. ? Final response: ?We are missing a pin. We cannot complete the repair. We don?t know when the pin will arrive.? As of today: ? 30?40 days have passed ? No follow-up ? No calls ? No emails ? No timeline ? And I am still driving a vehicle with an active airbag/SRS fault Allowing a customer to continue driving a car with a known safety system failure, without updates or accountability, is completely unacceptable ? especially for a brand that markets itself on safety. This is not a parts issue. This is a failure of responsibility, communication, and basic customer care. Avoid this service department.

Hi, I?m I?m leaving this review about my car. I was having a flat tire and pulled into a parking lot.in Roswell. This was around 2:30 in the afternoon. My husband told me to call Volvo and tell them I needed service. They said they were calling a tow truck for me since I did not have a spare in my car. I waited and I waited and I waited. It was already after 5 o?clock almost 6 o?clock and I still was not picked up yet so my husband had to come get me and we left my car there in the parking lot. This was despite me calling and letting Volvo know that I was still waiting in that parking lot for the tow truck so whenever my husband had my car picked up the next day. I was actually really surprised that it took all afternoon until four 4:45 in the afternoon until I could pick up my car. This was just for a tire change and I?m completely blown away by how long it took, and by why I was never offered a vehicle to drive in case of like I needed to go places and get things done in my life, Me not having a car really impeded that. I was very unhappy about that and I felt really unhappy about waiting until 5 o?clock in the afternoon .That would be almost 24 hours of waiting for a car tire to be changed. It has kind of let a bad taste fill my mouth while leaving this review because I do like Northpoint Volvo. That is where I purchased my car and I love my car.
