Anthony Jones met us immediately upon our arrival and proceeded to dazzle us with detailed description of the lease deals they had available. He was attentive and knowledgeable. He had us sold on the new XC90 even before we left the parking lot for the test drive. He is a kind and patient man who made sure we were comfortable and understood everything he explained. Mark Smolyar, the Finance Mgr. made the signing process quick and painless. I look forward to leasing all my future vehicles at North Point with Anthony.

My husband and I worked with Anthony Jones online before traveling from Statesboro to purchase our first Volvo. He gave us a fantastic deal that we couldn't refuse. The entire process was seamless and easy from start to finish. Anthony spent a lot of time teaching us about the different features of the car and helped us in getting everything set up. He was so friendly and helpful and even gave us his cell number so that I could call him if I had any questions. So far I have called him twice and he has been just as helpful after the sale as he was before the sale. We love our new Volvo and will definitely purchase from North Point Volvo again in the future! Their customer service is second to none!

He was reassuring & very knowledgeable about the features we were looking for & led us forward without pressure. We had a few snags with customization but he kept us updated every step of the way. I bought a used car at North Point Volvo. There were some problems with the car during the purchase. When I talked about these problems with the salesperson, he said he will contact me the next day to make a reservation for repair. However the salesperson who said would contact me the day after buying the car never contacted me. I contacted him a week later but he didn't answer. Two weeks later, he finally answered me and said he would make a appointment but he never did. He didn't change it when I contacted him asking to change the person in charge. Now, 48 days later, 14 emails and 20 texts do not take any action. I will tell future buyers that if they buy a car at North Point Volvo, they should not go there and they will not fix any problems. I don't recommend buying a car at this store. They do not care. Never buy a car, especially from a salesman named Rick Small!

This dealership has always exceeded my expectations. Their quality work and the courtesy of their representative goes consistently above and beyond. I have used other dealership in Georgia and in other states and they are the best. Marcus, one of the service representative is so professional, knowledgeable and pleasant that I want to return to this dealership, just to be able to work with him. Wonderful service and quality! Eddie Matthew was the first point of contact when I called the dealership. We established a rapport. Eddie was very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and transparent.
