Kevin is great at his job.

Kevin is great at his job. He handled every detail and answered all my questions, including explaining important things that I didn't think to ask about. Jay Vaughn helped me find the warranty and service contact deal that worked best for me.

I usually don’t do reviews but I expect better service

I usually don’t do reviews but I expect better service when I’m paying what I’m paying @ Audi for service. First let me say that my service advisor Amy was nice and so was the shuttle driver. When I came to pick up my car though Amy was busy and another guy assisted me. Idk his name but he was rushing me and had zero interest in answering my questions. He was holding a cell phone and basically waiting for me to stop talking and walk away so he could do whatever on it. Told me my car was outside somewhere either on the 1st or 2nd row. Keep in mind it’s pouring down raining. I was like ok. Then when I get to my car the inside clearly has not been vacuumed. Can’t tell if it’s been washed on the outside because it’s raining. They also recommended services that I already got done @ another Audi dealership but may be they don’t have access to those records. Idk.
