John Henry, of Rick Case Hyundai Roswell, made buying a car easy. I just moved from L.A. to Atlanta. I wanted to buy a new car BEFORE I got here, so that it would be waiting for me when I arrived. John enabled me to do that. He was honest, responsive to my needs, helped me overcome all the obstacles of buying a car long-distance, and gave me a great deal. I negotiated with several dealerships, in order to get the best price. John was the first Hyundai salesman I talked to. His initial price was better than all the others. And as the negotiations heated up, his price continued to beat the competition, right up until we had a deal. And John really worked hard to get my business. A long-distance sale is complicated, particularly when the buyer is determined to get the best price. John and I must have spoken over the telephone two dozen times and exchanged emails another dozen times. Since I don’t have a fax machine, several documents had to be scanned and emailed (by both of us). Plus, the contract and other paperwork had to be overnighted to me. John never complained about all the work this required. Throughout the entire process, he was a really nice guy, extremely pleasant to work with. And when I finally got to Atlanta, he even sent someone to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership, so that I could pick up my car. I’ve hated my previous car buying experiences, mostly because the salesmen lied or tried to take advantage of me. But buying a car from John Henry at Rick Case Hyundai Roswell was different. John was so honest, straightforward and pleasant that I actually enjoyed doing business with him. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from John again. And I recommend that anyone in the Atlanta area who is considering buying a Hyundai talk to John Henry. You won’t regret it.

My car was hit by a drunk driver and totaled. Buying a care was a need not a want, every other dealership in the area treated me as just a number and a means towards their bottom line. Anthony and the guys at Rick Case Hyundai treated me like a person and really did everything they could to help. I will never go anywhere else, they were the silver ling in this awful ordeal. I highly HIGHLY recommend!!

Customer service is outstanding. Tim Crawley demonstrated excellent product knowledge, which he always had right on the tip of his tongue, without having to go research and look up every question I asked. I found both Tim Crawley and Darren Davidson to be low pressure, but no nonsense, salespeople. There's a reason that I returned to purchase my second Hyundai Genesis. The product is an excellent value and the customer service is as well. Having used their service department they are equally as excellent and knowledgeable. Great dealership with Great people !! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE- I SAVED OVER $4,000 COMPARED TO ANOTHER NORTH ATLANTA HYUNDAI DEALER - THE OTHER DEALER OFFERED A SONATA AT LIST OFFERING LESS THEN WHOLESALE FOR MY TRADE IN. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AT RICK CASE AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL HOW TO OPERATE MY HYBRID SONATA.

First met with our sales person Adam Toms. Adam was great. He took time to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he was selling. Next met with Darren Davidson the sales manager. He also spent a lot of time with us through much discussion to give my wife and I a deal in which we were very pleased. Next we met with Chad Giguere the finance manager. Chad took time to view multiple financial options indicating the benefits of each options. I was impressed that Chad was concerned with my overall financial position what what would be the best for us not just for Hyundai. In all the years that I have dealth with dealerships this by far was absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell GA is truly a professional dealership that cares about their customers. we actually received a phone call from Adams Toms two days after purchasing the vehicle to make sure everything was okay and to see if we had any questions for him. That was a first form a dealership for me. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

My visit to Rick Chase Hyundai in Roswell was a great...

My visit to Rick Chase Hyundai in Roswell was a great experience. I only went with the intention of test driving a Hyundai Veloster Turbo, which is the car that I have been researching and wanting to purchase. Tim Crawley was was my salesman, and I truly say that I walked away with a car and a new found respect for car salesmen. The entire staff was very friendly, and Tim was that and extremely knowledgable about the automobile. He educated me on information that I hadn't received during the other 2-3 time that I visited the dealership. I really appreciate everyones patience since it was late when we left and the dealership was closed. This is my first Hyundai that I have ever owned, but due to the service I received it won't be the last. I thank God for my car and the Rick Chase staff; I will definitely recommend others to this locations. Thank you, Alison Thompson

My wife and I used the online USAA Car Buying Service to...

My wife and I used the online USAA Car Buying Service to check the availability of Hyundai Accent Hatchbacks in the area, and received email solicitations from multiple dealers, Rick Case Hyundai being among them. We visited Rick Case Hyundai Roswell on Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend around 5 PM. We must have wandered around for a good 10-15 min before any Sales Rep even acknowledged our existence; first inside the showroom, then out on the lot, and finally back inside the showroom. A gentlemen finally asked us if we were being helped, we said “No”, and he disappeared in the back, never to be seen again. Finally Mr. Nick Tavani walked by and also asked us whether we were being helped. We once again replied no, and asked if he was available to help us, to which he agreed. I indicated that we were using the USAA Car Buying Service, that we were interested in the Accent Hatchback, and that we were prepared to buy today. He went to get keys for a test drive. Upon his return, he indicated that they had no Accent Hatchbacks on the lot, only sedans, but that they drove about the same. I replied that we wanted to test drive the exact model we were interested in buying. I asked him if he expected to get any HBs in the near future. After checking with his Manager, Nick told us that the HB was a relatively “rare” vehicle, and that for them to get us one we would need to pretty much agree on a deal beforehand. That was the last straw. I thanked Nick for his assistance, then we left. We proceeded to drive to Cherokee Hyundai in Kennesaw, where we were finally treated like Valued Customers. We test drove, then completed the purchase of an Accent HB SE that same evening and drove it home. We are very irritated by the fact that Rick Case Hyundai would even invite us to visit them when they didn’t have a single model in stock (we had specified online we were interested in the Hatchback). It was an unbelievable waste of our time. And to require a deal on the car before we could even see it, let alone test drive it? They must be out of their minds to be so insulting to a customer, especially after I specifically stated I was ready to buy. I guess business must be really good at Rick Case when they can afford to be so rude to customers they are not interested in. I would suggest they call Cherokee Hyundai and ask them for some tips on how a customer ought to be treated.
