I came to this dealership in search of a specific vehicle, upon reaching the dealer I was greeted with a smile and extensive vehicle knowledge. Curtis was extremely friendly and he took me on the most enjoyable test drive I have ever had. During the negotiations for the purchase of the vehicle my wife and I got the best deal possible. We were offered many different packages for service and also for warranty. Overall I will definitely refer this dealership and salesman to all of my friends for their vehicle purchases. I commend rick case for their amazing approach to the car buying process.

GREAT overall experience. Good price on the new hybrid...
GREAT overall experience. Good price on the new hybrid and nice value for my trade-in. No pressure to sign now. Able to leave to think it over and come back later to finish the deal. Good job of showing me and my wife how to operate all of the electronics. ie Nav, Bluetooth, phone, and hybrid systems. Hyundai great value for the amount of car and quality.

Just bought a brand new Santa Fe for my wife. It was the best new car buying experience I have ever had (and I have bought at least 10 new cars). All the guys were friendly, honest and extremely helpful. Oh, and we got to a great price VERY quickly! Honestly people, if you are looking for a Hyundai...don't waste your time....go directly to Rick Case in Roswell!!!!

Anthony was great to work with. He was upfront, honest and detail oriented. Often when you buy a car we get "surprised" by something (fees, add on's). Working with Anthony, I what never surprised and always felt that he was being transparent. Thank Anthony.

I had recently been thinking of trading in my older vehicle something shiny and new. I went to Rick Case Hyundai because my parents both bought their cars at the Rick Case Mazda dealership. Hyundai's have become more and more popular and their warranty as well as the safety ratings are fantastic. The whole process was nerve-racking for me because this was my first car purchase. Darren made it easy on me and helped me out a lot. There was no pressure at any time and I appreciated that. All of the staff were friendly and supportive. Greg was helpful and hilarious. Joseph in finance put me at ease when I thought I would be sweating bullets. I guess I had a lot of misconceptions and stereotypes in my head but the whole process was great. I love my Hyundai Elantra. I love the deal I got. I love the professionalism and high level of service I was given. I almost didn't believe I could drive off the lot after getting the keys! Rick Case Hyundai of Roswell was a great car buying experience. This was my first dealership that I went to and it will be the only dealership I ever visit for any of my future service or car buying needs. I left with a smile and I'm still wearing that smile.

The buying experience was superb! Working with Hank Batiste, was indeed a pleasure. I found Hank to be very knowledgeable about the the entire Hyundai product line, I was very impressed. My wife and I purchased the Hyundai "Santa Fe." She's very happy with the SUV, and "that's good with me!" Yes, I would recommend this dealership to anyone! As a TN native, I was attracted to Rick Case because of...
As a TN native, I was attracted to Rick Case because of the 20 yr/200K mile powertrain warranty and their competive pricing. I'm a tech guy so I went through their internet sales department and exclusively worked with Anthony Delgardio. Right away I was impressed with Anthony's knowledge about the cars I was inquiring about and more importantly his professionalism and simple approach to finding the car that I wanted. Unlike some of the salesman I worked with before in TN, Anthony did not try and sale me on all the salesman b.s. where they will try and make you pay more for the car because "this" car buying experiencing "is more than buying a car...it's a relationship". After waiting for a White SE Sonata 2.0T for a month and 1/2 (delay was partially on me not wanting to pay a transfer fee from another state, but instead wait for one to show up locally), Anthony called me to tell my car had arrived. Long story short, I rented a car from TN and my girlfriend and I made the trip to Roswell and bought the car only to have the engine blow up 30 miles into our trip back home. The manufacturer made a mistake building my car, and Rick Case's replaced the car with a new one. In the end it was Anthony & the Rick Case management taking care of me and making the situation right. Takeaway the hiccup with the engine and the previous car, Rick Case would have received a 5 rating across the board. If you don't the car buying B.S. and someone who will shoot you straight, I highly recommend Anthony Delgardio.

From the immediate return call from Greg as to my inquiry, to his meeting me at the front door, and from there Anthony Delgardio handled the showing and presenting of the product very professionally and cordially. Good words should also be spoken of Joseph Muhammed in the back office. All too often we forget the folks who do the "hidden" work, and that work (when done correctly) makes all of our experiences go much more smoothly. Good work by the whole team!!! Thank you--baker

Disappointing
I leased a new Genesis from Rick Case. The buying experience was excellent, but the subsequent service quality was poor and Hyundai corporate provided no support. The staff didn't know very much about the vehicle, and the service facilities really need upgrading. I traded the Genesis for another brand after a few months. It was a real disappointment.

We were very pleased that we were offered a great price and add-ons without having to ask for them. Without haggling we were offered much better deal than negotiating took at another dealership.
