Great buying experience! !!!!!
Seeking for a 2016 Hyundai Genesis, received a call after searching online and I spoke my salesperson Malcolm. Afew days later I stopped by the dealership and met Malcolm at the door. We sat do discussed the car I was interested in, he worked very hard and found the car , but upgraded from the 2016 to the 2017 G80 at about the same price. We are very happy with the purchase. DINO Malcolm'so manager worked hard as well to find me the vehicle and getting the right price to make a smooth transition. Gooooooo!!!!! Two hours easy process.
I just want to say what a great experience I just had with the purchase of my new Tucson 2016. Malcolm was very professional and very relax as a sale representitave. He gave us our space and was informative about the car and service. He informed us of each steps through the process. We were very impress that the entire deal was done in about 2 hours top. Great Experience
I was in the market for a used vehicle and had specific criteria that I was looking for as well as what I was willing to pay for the vehicle, in other words it also had to qualify as having a "Great Price" The dealership had some vehicles that met most of my criteria, but failed to meet the "Great Price" limit that I expected, The Sales person, Dante Bryant, kept me informed as to the progress, and he came to me with a vehicle that met my every expectation, and it was a great deal. Everything was set up and we closed the deal a few days later. Awesome!

Now I am sorry for even thinking of buying that vehicle, well not the vehicle, just the Rick Case, I was misled and deceived about the 10-year 100,000 warranty attached to this deal. Which was a major deciding factor in my purchasing this vehicle. The warranty company denied the warranty when the engine failed and used several points until the repair shop finally threw their hands up and said they give up. I will never purchase another vehicle from Rick Case with an extended warranty ever again, totally useless and not worth the costs. It took 2 months of going back and forth before the repair garage finally said they were through dealing with the warranty company. The bottom line it cost me $9500.00 because the warranty is worthless!

Great dealership
This was my first "big" car purchase and my initial conversation with Malcolm made me confident to come in the next day and deal with him - although he may not have known I was already sold on the car :). He was very cool, friendly, helpful and informative. He and Shayne made the whole process simple and pretty quick - out the door within a couple hours. Very happy with my experience and my car :)
