Picked up a 2016 Subaru Forester Limited Trim from Ken

Picked up a 2016 Subaru Forester Limited Trim from Ken Grody Ford in Redlands, although not my first choice, having gone to other dealers, I believed the team and management wanted to move this vehicle off the lot, having seen its price adjustments online for the past 3 weeks, and coming on the lot and just assessing the vehicle, then speaking with the reps, I felt overall comfortable doing business with them. The whole team ensured a quick turnkey experience. Basically in by 9 AM out by noon. And my mechanic ran a full inspection after we closed, everything checked out. Special thanks to Mario for getting me in this vehicle and really giving me the road experience around Redlands. Special thanks to Sal, for his professionalism, he's a chill guy to talk to. He did great at persuading me to purchase above the auction invoice price. My gut tells me Ken Grody got this vehicle for around 13.5 -14K but I will digress. Ken Grody Ford --- worth the trip.

Have always relied on the dealership for service for 25 years due to their transparency and friendly service. My recent purchase of an F-150 surpassed our expectations from the salesman; Greg, to the sales manager; Jesse, to the finance office with Josh. Appreciate the positive and welcoming environment.

If you like to waste time on hold or wait for a call

If you like to waste time on hold or wait for a call back, then this is the dealership for you. Unfortunately, this is the dealership closest to me but I have to travel further away to find competent service. I had a recall notice on my vehicle, I called the service department a few times. The first time the phone rang and rang and no one answered. The second time someone answered and I was on hold for 8 minutes, I had to go back to work so I could not hold any longer. The third time I called it rang and rang again. That is so incompetent. I would recommend a specific service advisor but they don't have any. When I was unable to reach a service advisor, I left a voicemail for Trevor Desherlia but of course he falls in suit with his dealership because he never called me back. My positive experiences at this dealership were few and far between and I do not recommend going here ever. A business is built on reviews and recommendations. This business does not deserve your money or your time. Stay far away. Once this other dealership is done with my vehicle, I will hopefully be able to recommend a good one. Ken Grody Ford is not a good dealership at all.

I had a great experience at Ken Grody Ford of Redlands.

I had a great experience at Ken Grody Ford of Redlands. I originally went in just to check out a truck, but thanks to the excellent customer service and top-notch sales approach, I ended up driving off in a brand new one. Oscar Valadez really went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle at a price that felt right for us. Joshua Guzman was also fantastic—super helpful, honest, transparent, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. The whole team made the process easy and enjoyable. After a disappointing experience at Sunrise Ford of Fontana a few weeks earlier, it was such a relief to receive genuinely great customer service. We'll definitely be recommending Ken Grody Ford to our family and friends!

This was my first lease and it was a disappointing

This was my first lease and it was a disappointing experience. I was quoted one price in person, agreed to the deal, and was allowed to take the vehicle home with the promise that my lease contract would be emailed the next day. After sending two follow-up emails on the contract status, I finally received it four days later and the monthly payments were nearly $2000 higher than what we had agreed on. It took two more days of phone calls and emails to get the correct paperwork, and even the general manager never responded. The finance manager eventually sent a corrected version and after asking why the numbers were off, he blamed their system, but the one week delay and complete lack of communication made it feel like they were hoping I would not notice the change. There was no apology. If you are leasing, especially for the first time, double check everything before leaving this dealership.
