    Never going back, they all have nasty attitudes and they take for ever even with an appointment over a 3 hour wait . mechanic's need more training.

    Go elsewhere, check reviews. They have low ratings for a reason. Slimy sales tactics. Do your homework before you go anywhere. Get pre approved and know... where you stand.

    My husband purchased a, $17,000.00, "Certified, Pre-Owned" vehicle. He was informed to take it back to dealership for a detail, since, it was July 4,... and, they didn't have any one to detail it that day (per the dealership). The following day, I noticed 4 scratches on it, covered by touch up paint, contacted our salesperson, Irma, and, was told by her "don't worry, we will take care of it." In the mean time, I read the procedures list on the 172 point inspection, provided for all "Certified, Pre-Owned" vehicles, and, noticed, it states, check for surface scratches. After being put off for days, took it to dealership for detail, and, scratch repair(s). Per Irma's request, went the next day to pick up vehicle, scratches still there, and, was told, that is the best they can do. I recommended the body shop take care of the scratches, and, was told, "we don't send any of our used vehicles to the body shop." "And, actually, the detail you got was complimentary, we don't detail our used vehicles." Get your stories straight, Rotolo, and, stop conducting shady business.

    Let me start by saying I???ve been coming to this dealer since I was in high school for parts. My first car was a 68 camaro and the best project ever growing... up. Rotolo always had oem parts or could have it faster than anyone else. Since then I???ve attended their car shows with it. I???ve purchased a truck through them. Great salesman Chevy Evy!! So many good experiences until I had to leave my truck there for a cv axle leaking oil at only 20k miles. They changed the seal and I had my truck back next day. A couple months went by and then my suspension came apart on the freeway. I went across all lanes and then back over off the freeway into the dirt. I was safe and no damage to the truck. The nut on the ball joint had warped loose, because it was NOT ???torqued to specs??? from the assembly after they replaced the seal. I had it towed back to the dealer on a windy day and the service writers wouldn???t even come outside to assess it and know what I would need for a loaner vehicle. Also this is my work truck that I rely on. The service writer said he doesn???t know if it will be covered because I ???may have just hit a curb??? I was beyond upset! Anyway, the manager Ron took over and finally came outside to assess the truck and see what I needed for a loaner work truck. That???s when everything went from bad to absolutely horrific. I brought my truck in scratch free and meticulously maintained by myself and only myself ever since I left the dealer. I get a call that my truck was hit on the fender, so I went in immediately to find my fender damaged and greasy hand prints all over the truck. I look underneath and everything is still broken and apart. Gets even better, the parts were never ordered after over a week had went by. I was promised my truck to be kept inside and safe in their hands with the best care, to not worry. Now I have a truck less than a year old with a replacement fender and paint job. Most important, I bought a brand new work truck for safety and reliability. Which was compromised, due to incompetent mechanics not torquing one nut and risking my life among many others traveling at the time it happened. I will never ever go there again, I have lost all faith and trust in this dealership. Disappointment is an understatement. Thank you Rotolo and all workers involved for this horrific experience. You have proven to show NO pride in your work. You are the exact reason I don???t let people maintenance, wash or work on my vehicles. I am truly glad you made it right, but is not justified. Rotolo WAS great, but times have changed.

    I went in to buy a Camaro found the one I like made a deal shook their hand,One week later dealer calls me saying that I didn’t qualify that I have to... bring the car back I think that was really unprofessional. Remind you that I was there for more than five hours making a deal. I don’t know if they knew the deal was going to fall but it was a really waste of time and I’d really don’t recommend the dealer ship to anyone

    Being a first time buyer it was scary going into a dealership. But I'm so happy I did it.... Vladimir Garcia Was my Sales Guy and he was super helpful... he made me feel at home and helped me get the best deal.. Now I'm Driving my very own 2017 Chevrolet Cruze and I couldn't be happier....
