Rotolo Chevrolet is a Unique Dealership

I originally purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox from Rotolo and worked with Darryl Mayberry and it was such a great experience that when I was ready to purchase my next vehicle he is the one I called. This time around it was even better! He even had my new 2014 Equinox delivered to my house - went out of his way to make sure I got the deal I wanted and needed. Furthermore, Armando from the Finance Department was awesome! He mentioned that he would work on getting a refund for the unused portion of my extended warranty and really worked hard to get me a great deal on the extended warranty and GAP insurance - Just a GREAT dealership!!!

One great car dealership!!!

Out salesman sal provided a great experience, during the whole process. We really enjoyed the whole process from picking out the car to driving it home which is something I can't say about my previous car buying experiences. Rotolo Chevrolet will definitely be our car dealership for all our future purchases.

Great Service Honest

Great experience. Alma was perfect. She was professional and answered all my questions. Easy buying experience. All numbers were shown to me (which is rare). Salesperson not pushy and very honest. Would buy from you again.

Pleased With Oil Change Service

Having to be there at 7:30 am I was car number 9 and the lady was very professional and courteous. She was very accurate. I did take one and a half hours.

Serivce Repair Rodent Problem

Took my car to Diamond Hill in Banning... They were going to charge me $1200.00 for the same thing that Rotolo did for $491.00.... I was very happy with the work and turn around time that Rotolo had my car in and out.... Only thing is you could have washed my car.... LOL....

AMAZING STAFF!!

This was the only dealership that actually helped my wife and i get a car. We have poor credit and other dealerships were rude and not helpful. Robert at Rotolo was awesome. I will always go to this dealership for my family's cars, and WILL recommend to others. Another thing i noticed was all the staff here smiled at us, asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything. We were treated like family.

Great Customer Service!

I truly liked the non-pushing approach that was given to us. We had visited other dealerships prior to visiting Rotolo, and were turned off by the shear fact that they were so pushy about buying a car. They also had a great area for the kids to be entertained while we were shopping for a car!

Just another dealer experience..

When I got there , there was a line out the door to check in! It was due to copy machines being broken. How does this happen to a dealership with a good reputation that's been around for so long? With all this advanced technology available, surely a solution can be found so it doesn't continue being an ongoing problem.
