From my online request to a reply was every quick, within

From my online request to a reply was every quick, within 30 minutes. I only spent 3 hours at the dealership from test drive to driving home in my New Mustang. Very accommodating and very friendly and courteous.

I started at a different dealer that sold us a car that

I started at a different dealer that sold us a car that they couldn’t deliver. I was so disappointed that I wasn’t getting the car I was promised. I found another Bronco at Upland Ford that was very similar to the one I didn’t get. Upland Ford made it happen and made the whole experience so easy. Thanks for the great experience and my beautiful Bronco.

I started at a different dealer that sold us a car that they couldn’t deliver. I was so disappointed that I wasn’t getting the car I was promised. We walked in not really expecting to buy a car that night, but we fell in love with the car and the employees there were so polite and willing to work with us. Ford of Upland made the experience of car buying very pleasant and easy.

I’m incredibly unhappy with this dealership because of

I’m incredibly unhappy with this dealership because of finance. Ray in finance is a liar! I don’t think I’ll buy or have anything to do with dealership because of ray in finance. Jon is a great salesman. He didn’t waste my time and was straight forward. The dealership was able to work a deal so it’s nice they were willing to work with me. I was very happy until I met ray. Ray took advantage of my by asking me about my life. He took my divorce and talks about religion to blind me to what he was doing. He said he got good deals for me and added service and maintenance plans and only increased my monthly payment by $28. I didn’t second guess is because I was not in a good place since ray brought back my divorce. Come to find out he added $8k on top of my loan. Once my bank told me I tried to cancel with ray. Ray said I couldn’t cancel. Then I called ford and ford credit said the dealership can absolutely cancel the service and extended maintenance plans. I went back and of course Ray was off so I spoke with Nora. She is nice and honest and cancelled everything for me!
