I was promised a EV charger when I bought the Lighting,
I was promised a EV charger when I bought the Lighting, it has been more than a month and I have not received the EV Charger. I was never shown how to charge the truck. The cargo net for frunk is missing. I was told I needed to wait until I get my statement to get outside financing. My credit union advisor said “ The financing was best to do in the first 5 days”. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This will be the last Ford I buy.
