Glendora Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

My husband and I walked in on a Thursday afternoon, letting Jim Brooks know we had a little over an hour, since we had to pick up our daughter from school. We not only found the car we wanted within that time frame, but Jim offered to DROP OFF our vehicle at our HOME, later on. It still had to be cleaned and we still had the paperwork to sign. The next day, Jim arrived and we were done in 20 minutes. He is GREAT. Does not push you, and truly listens to what you want/need in a car.

It was fast and pleasant experience, that I enjoyed working with Hector Cebreros (car sales man). The team working on the floor did their best to accommodate to my needs and should be recognized for giving me their undivided attention.

The sales mgr Debbie was awesome as was the finance guy. The service mgr Rick is a rude and unprofessional person. Maybe we caught him on a bad day. He did not complete the service sales promised us and offered no explanation or apology.

No pressure and we were in and out with a new Jeep. We also wanted a black Jeep and they contacted another Dealer and had a Black Jeep delivered to the dealer in a few hours.

Sales Manager immediately came out and met me and referred me to a salesmen who help me start to finish. Showing me both my choices and several options I left with my dream car and a good trade in value on my older car.

Everyone was very friendly and I felt like They cared about me getting the best deal. They didn't feel like pushers. The whole team was very friendly and helpful. They made buying an expensive car as simple as possible. I would definitely go back buy cars from the Glendora Dodge team.
