Best experience we ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. No muss, no fuss, got everything we wanted at a spectacular price as well as great trade in value. Spent way less then I would have at the other dealers we checked out. Awesome team, very professional.

My salesperson Jim Brooks was very helpful and seemed to express a genuine concern to help me get the car I wanted. The negotiation process was reasonable and at the end of it, I got the vehicle I wanted at a price I was pleased with. The other staff I interacted with - Eric Delatte and Rey in the financial department - were friendly and professional. Bobby in Parts Sales was also very friendly and professional. I ordered some Slush Mats and am waiting on these. If I don't receive them in the next few days, I will follow up. Looking forward to getting my one Free Oil change in the coming months. My hope and expectation - if in the future I have some questions or concerns regarding my vehicle - the same positive and professional experience will be there - and that I am not a customer who was just a commission.

Unplanned service was quickly and smoothly handled. I was unable to give advanced warning but they took the car anyway and had it repaired within 24 hours.

They don't stay true to their word
Make sure to check truecar.com and Edmunds to get a REAL price check on the vehicle you are buying. The dealer rep's could not give me ANY reason why my vehicle cost $5,000 more than other similar Jeep's in the area did. The dealer also did not SMOG the vehicle prior to releasing it to us. They made us come out of our way and waste the whole day waiting for our vehicle to be smogged (which we all know should take less than an hour). I'm very disappointed in the service we had at this dealership.

Taken advantage of!
I have been going to this dealership for about 6 months or so for months for maintenance. I live in Rancho Cucamonga but the dealership in Ontario is always way to busy so I decided to go to Glendora. I had an issue with my brakes, when braking I have to push the pedal all the way to the floor. I took it to a service station by my home to get it diagnosis and was told the master cylinder needed to be replaced. I have a Dodge Nitro and felt more comfortable taking it to the dealership to get better service and to get the repairs done right, wow was I WRONG! I made an appointment a week in advance since the part had to be ordered, I dropped it off 01/13/17 and it was all down hill from there. The first issue came with the shuttle driver, I asked if it was a shuttle nobody asked where I was going and nor did I think it was an issue since my address was on my paperwork I just signed plus I've been sent mail from the dealership. The shuttle only goes 10 miles from the dealership and I was going 15! Not to mention I was the ONLY person on the shuttle so if I wasn't there she would be doing what!? I was upset about the shuttle not coming to get me after my truck was finish and called the dealership and explained the situation and was guaranteed a ride back to get my truck. I received a call from the service manager Rick that I was right he master cylinder needed to be replaced but the brake booster was bad as well since the two parts are bolted together. Rick told me if I didn't replace the brake booster my brakes would not be fixed and that would be a grand total of $800 with labor being $500! I said go ahead since that's the reason I took it, later on in the day I was called and was told it still wasn't fix, the calibers needed to be checked and that would take time and they needed to keep it over the weekend to troubleshoot it. Rick told me I would not receive any more charges. Never mind the face I work in healthcare and had to work the weekend, what do they care about inconveniencing me. Monday morning 01/16/17 the day it was to be done I had to call around 1:30 pm and surprise, more test where being ran and another part needed to be fixed and it's another $700! Come on now do anybody know what they are doing or do we milk women for as much as we can? Why didn't this issues come up when you found out the brake booster needed to be replaced!? Shouldn't a diagnostic test be done after the master cylinder didn't fix the problem to show all other issues? Or are y'all just guessing on my dime? I said no I can't afford to fix guessing! The brakes were just as bad as when I brung it to the shop $800 ago, please tell me how this is acceptable? I called management and they said let me go talk to the service department and the crowds need call back. I filed a fromal complaint with the company but not sure if it's going to do any good. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to the Dodge Jeep dealership in Glendora, especially people who are not knowledgeable about cars because they will do there best to bleed you dry and management promotes it!

simple, fast and helpful. just had an issue with funds taken out of my account on the wrong date causing my account to go negative. still waiting for this issue to get fixed. im sure it was a simple mistake but overall this is a great dealership

Jeep Purchase
Service Manager assisted us with dropping off vehicle for glasscoat apt for the following day. It was closing time but he stayed the extra few minutes to assist us. We appreciated his assistance as this was the first time we had to drop off the car.
