My husband and I purchased a truck from Pugmire Ford in

My husband and I purchased a truck from Pugmire Ford in Cartersville, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We initially looked at new trucks, but the salesman told us the payments would be much higher than going with a used one. Based on that information, we purchased the used truck and put $25,000 down. After the purchase, we discovered that the new truck was actually the same price, and we also would have qualified for a better interest rate had we gone with the new vehicle. When I contacted the dealership to see what could be done, their response was basically “oh well”—no concern, no attempt to help, and no accountability. It’s clear that once they got our money, customer service and loyalty meant nothing. This is especially frustrating because we have purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past. Instead of trying to make things right or keep a loyal customer, they chose to dismiss us entirely. If you value honesty and transparency, stay far away from this dealership. We feel completely taken advantage of.

Short version bought a pre owned truck from them.

Short version bought a pre owned truck from them. Looked at a new the salesman said oh no your payment will be a lot higher well he didn’t even check. A couple weeks later I went back to see about trading and guess what the finance guy was able to match the price of the used one I bought but they would not work with me on just taking the pre owned one back. Even though I put 25,000 down and have bought several vehicles from them. They could have swapped me out I had put less then 800 miles on it. Just shows no loyalty from buying several cars and putting 25k down. Not happy with them and never will buy another one from them or send any family or friends that way. If they cared about loyalty and keeping customers happy they would have swapped me out it would have cost them nothing the truck was still same condition with a few hundred miles difference they would not have lost anything.I would recommend staying away from this dealership

Rude Udama sold me an exploding car, I knew I should have been worried about her half baked demeanor and the fact the nice salesman told me there was a warranty available, but udama waits till the signing to say NOPE SORRY! Disgraceful

I told them I wanted to buy one of their vehicles.

I told them I wanted to buy one of their vehicles. After I signed the agreement they moved it around back and put a sold paper in the dash. It took two days for me to get them a copy of the bank check and three more to pick it up. They didn't make me race other interested people to be the first one there with cash. That was an issue with other dealers. They also sold it to me for the advertised price. I didn't have to use their financing to get the advertised price.

Do Not Shop Here! Deceitful salespeople and awful service My salesman, Tim Whitehead: Initially kind and a pleasure to work with, until the paperwork is signed. Then you are nothing but a bother to him and the dealership as a whole. I was sold a truck that had the check engine light come on within 24 hours of purchase and again 24 hours again after 'fixing' the issue. I could not get a return call regarding help, so my husband and I drove 2 hours back to the dealership to get someone to talk to us. We unfortunately happened to speak with Tim, who proceeded to yell and lie about anything and everything we were there to discuss. We were in shock, but we maintained our calm composure. ***I have a complete audio recording of this interaction*** The senior sales manager, Ted reached out and appeared to be the voice of reason. He was full of apologies and lots of 'this has never happened before.' Unfortunately, just as my previous relationship with Tim, my relationship with Ted was fraught with lies as well. Ted spoke a very good game and at least over the phone seemed to care. However, all of the promises made were never kept. He said they would pick my truck up Monday and bring it back for service, that didn't happen. He joyously asked what kind of loaner would make up for the inconvenience and I said a mustang would be lovely, that never happened. When a driver did become available, I had reached the point where I no longer trusted my truck would be taken care of. There's more craziness involved in this situation, but at this point the fact is I have bought an unreliable vehicle from a disreputable dealership that I would never recommend to anyone. I have owned this 2017 350 since the beginning of September and as of October 9th I still have not been able to drive and enjoy this truck due to the severe incompetencies and shortcomings of this dealership. Save yourself from the misery shopping here will bring you, and avoid Tim Whitehead and Ted at all costs!

Mike lewis at pugmire of cartersville. Was awesome with work with tried to get the process done as quick as he could,even being very shorthanded with staff we got it done! I heard multiple people come in asking for him he killed it for me got me approved pretty quick.

I stopped by Pugmire Ford to look at a truck. The sales guy Tim was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I told him I was only looking, but he treated me as if I was important as any other customer. He was patient and was not pushy at all but yet still very helpful. I did not purchase the truck yet, but when I do, I don’t want to deal with anyone else but Tim Whitehead.
