They got me in very quickly for an oil change and a tire rotation. Then they went back and replaced one of my tires with the full size spare since I had a low front tire. I was very impressed with the service!

They made the process very easy . Most of it was done just texting David Jordan and when I arrived my truck was ready and waiting . The paper work was complete in about 10 or 15 minutes !

Very easy and comfortable to deal with. Sales, xxI, paperwork all knew their jobs and did their jibs well. Very efficient. The xxI guy, Stephen, offered to drive my new truck the 2.5 hours to deliver it to me! All of the staff we dealt with were pleasant to work with. The truck that my wife and I drove 3 hours( we got lost at one point) to see was exactly as advertised; no surprises. I always want to pay less than I paid( for anything shoes, underwear, hats, trucks, etc) BUT I know I got a very fair deal. I know this because I shopped online Ford dealers within a 1000 mile drive from home. I will recommend this dealer to everyone. Wife and I are very pleased!
