Worst Service Department Ever
I went in to have my 2015 Dodge 1500 truck repaired do to rough idle and a burning smell. It to them over 3 week to repair my truck. The service person Joe seem lost and clueless every time i called in to check on the status. This was the worst experience I ever had a dealership. It would be advised not to go to this place for any repairs. PS my truck is still not fixed

A bit disappointed
I went in for airbag and cruise control recall services. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me in the office, but he was kind and professional. However, when I got my car back home and started wiping it down (because I take very good care of my car) I noticed that the center panel where the gear shift is was all out of whack. I called the dealer and left a message for the rep who helped me (again, can't remember his name). He called me back and left me a msg. I went the following day to show him what had been done. He told me that with the service they did to my car, they should not have touched that part of my car. I wasn't looking for any compensation or anything, however, my car was NOT in the condition in which i had left it. Someone xxxxed with my car. But anyway, my word against the dealers. So, even though the guy that helped me was cool, the guys who worked on my car should be advised to be more careful, considering I paid a lot of money for my car.

Hector was AMAZING and very nice and accommodating!
Awesome dealership they helped me right away and was very pleasant. I will definitely be coming back ;) I will be recommending this location to all my friends for sure.

Horrible
I was told my car would be ready in 3 hours. When I followed up they had not even looked at my car. Kept it over night with out offering a rental. Their excuse was “I never received the paperwork” that is why my car wasn’t worked on and was just sitting in the lot!???

Excessive wait times
Time waiting for: shuttle ride, completion of work and shuttle pickup all excessive. This has been a progressive trend over the past few years. Dependable needs more capacity in all areas.

Purchase New Ram 1500.
Proceeded exactly as promised. No problems, No delays. This was my second visit. The first time was exploratory, and Stephen taught me about Ram trucks with no pressure. I appreciated that. Prior to my next visit, I texted Steven ahead of time with requirements and price limits, and he found a compatible truck. The truck meets expectations.

My 1997 Dodge 1500 getting serviced
My 97 was there for lube and oil change. It was serviced and inspected which show it needed wipers and valve cover gaskets replaced and a backup light replaced. I need to get the parts at another location because it is a older truck. The tech did a great job and I'm happy. I did bring my own Mobil One oil and K&N oil filter that I use on my vehicles. The 10% off coupon for service was refused . I always recommend Dependable to my friends and family.

Oil Change, tire rotation
I came in just before the service department opened. I was seen by a service writer shortly after opening. I was waiting for my car during the service. I noticed my car was backed out of the service bay and pulled around the back, I assumed for a was. If I’m not mistaken the service writer Dave told me he would get me out of there after the wash. I was waiting as they were washing my car. I know the oil change and tire rotation is a quick service and my experience has been the the car wash take almost the same amount of time. I saw my car pull around from the back and I as I’m getting in my car I noticed some dried water spots and other small debris on my car. I didn’t think much about it at the time. As I was driving home I noticed everything was dry even when I rolled the windows down and back up there was no water. When I got home I walk around looking at my car and that’s when I realized that my car never did get washed. My frustration is from waiting around waiting for my car to be cleaned a service provided by the dealership. I makes me think about what other services may have been overlooked.

Joe got me in and out in a short time and was very helpful. He called me as soon as the work was done and everything was very efficient.

Decent customer service, only had one issue overall
Hector and his crew were awesome. I came here after my normal service center closed (West Valley). Long wait, but everything went well and the service was great. My only issue is that I found out after I left the premises was that my SiriusXM service had somehow been deactivated/transferred during the servicing. A minor inconvenience but something to note. Juan drove me home while the car was being serviced and he was excellent.
