Absolutely awful experience.
Absolutely awful customer service. If I could give them less than one star I would. In addition to poor customer service the technicians do not appear to have a clue as to what they are doing. Had to take Ford F1 50 in four different times so they could fix the sunroof. After they supposedly fixed it, it started leaking and rattling. This was not an issue before I took my vehicle in. The last time I took it in for them to fix the problems that they created there was no priority or apologies for the mistake they made. Will never go to this Ford dealership again. I will drive to New Albany next time.

Great Experience
Be sure to ask for Chip or Eric, they took care of me and my wife, we traded our Ranger for a new Ford Focus 2015 Manual Transmission. Got a great deal, Eric helped us and Chip found the exact car we wanted and met me on price of the Truck!!! Fantastic Experience!!
