I agree with the many of the 1 star reviews. Certain individuals at this dealership should not be trusted. Due to same, I cancelled my purchase of an $80k vehicle. Outright, documented lies abound. Placed deposit to purchase and ship LR Range Rover vehicle 1,100 miles to my state. Began working out details. Inquired about tires on vehicle. One mandate for purchase was no run flat tires. Was assured in WRITING tires were not run flats. So I called and randomly asked for another sales person inquiring about the same vehicle to double check about the tires…I was assured they WERE run flats. Dealership then agreed to switch out the tires. Pirelli tires promised in WRITING. (Pirelli tires are the standard suggested tires for Range Rovers). I almost cancelled this purchase twice due to a gut feeling about this dealership and their lack of transparency. Two weeks later (waiting on promised tires), deal almost finalized. I paid $259 for a licensed inspector to inspect and test drive the vehicle. Upon receipt of the report, it was noted that (1) inspector was denied a test drive, (2) tires installed were Michelins (not the Pirellis as promised in writing) and (3) inspector was denied engine inspection. So they cost me 2 1/2 weeks of time and $259. Brian Hebert in financing is never to be trusted. Not even if he sends you something in writing. Not even if it’s notarized. Do not trust this man. IF you have no choice but to deal with him …. Put every communication in a text or email. Matt Meakin is a salesman who doesn’t have the backbone to stand up to Brian. Plays the plausible deniability game.

Was my service on a new defender. The service manager acted like he hated being there and his team acted like they could care less about customer service or actually putting in effort to their jobs.. last time I will set foot on that property
