Vehicle purchase, the dealership was great to work with

Vehicle purchase, the dealership was great to work with and made the transition very easy. The dealership was patient as they worked through our purchasing process. Vehicles were delivered ahead of schedule.

Makinzie is very good to work with, very knowledgable.

Makinzie is very good to work with, very knowledgable. It took longer to get service for a battery install than usual but to be fair there was a new service rep that was still learning and probably should not have scheduled the service when he did. No problem, still a good dealership and I would recommend.

The service department is sub prime.

The service department is sub prime. They broke the oil pan on my bronco, denied me a loaner and said it was too much hassle to get me a rental. They gave me a ride home and said they would call when parts came in. I have no way to get to work or the store as I live miles from each. I also have no idea when I will get my car back. Did I mention that it snowed last night and this weeks Temps are in the 40s. I have been a loyal ford customer for years and have never been treated like this.

Show Low Ford provided a great buying experience. They worked with us on our trade in and offered a fair deal for both parties. We?re extremely happy with our F250 Lariat to tow our 32 ft. RV. 1094 ft. lbs. of torque comes in handy. Great truck!

I have an 8 month old F350, bought in December 2023.

I have an 8 month old F350, bought in December 2023. A/C went out with 8k miles while I was on the road. Had a dealer in WA replace the clutch coild, which did not fix it. Brought it through the heat (no A/C for 2 months by this time) to my "local home-town dealer" and tried to make an appointment to get it fixed. They took all my info but didn't call me back. 2 days later I call and find out they won't work on it because there are "too many fingers in the pie" as other Ford dealers have looked at it and tried to fix it under warranty.

Show Low Ford Bronco Purchase

I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco from Show Low Ford and the experience was excellent. The sales process was simple and with no pressure. They spent extra time going over all of the vehicle functions during the delivery process. They promptly responded to questions I had after the delivery. I recommend them highly.

Used Vehicle Buyer Beware.

I purchased a used 2020 F-350 (3 years old) from Show Low Ford this summer. I did not take it on a high speed test drive or bring in an independent mechanic to perform a pre-buy inspection. When I picked up the vehicle and found a legal place to go over 55 I discovered the hood began buffeting at 65mph and above. It undergoes considerable vertical movement of the hood with a crosswind. The service department manager indicated that they didn't know how to fix it. I had traded a 2017 F-250 which did not have the problem. I requested to talk to the manager several times. Only the salesman would return my call. Apparently the management has no desire to deal with an unhappy customer. The issue was brought to the dealership's attention directly after the purchase. It is now 60 days later. I was advised by frontline sales that I signed a document that indicated the sale was "as is". To the salesman's credit he offered to try and fix it himself. He was willing to try when the Service Manager indicated he couldn't fix it. For a vehicle priced over $60K and finding a problem you wouldn't know unless your drove at illegal speeds in the vicinity of the dealership you would expect a reputable dealer to address the issue. In the interim I found a misplaced grill assembly from a windshield replacement done by the dealership before I became a buyer. The dealership indicated I had to go to the glass company to rectify the problem. Unless you want to engage your own technician, beware of any used vehicle purchase from Show Low Ford. Their management team will avoid you. I received a "letter" from the owner, Guy Hatch, after my purchase. The faded "signature" was a stamp, askew with insufficient amount of ink. That reflects the quality behind Show Low Ford. Don't believe the owner's testimony to customer service. The only people concerned about the customer are the frontline sales people.

I recently bought a 2023 Ford Ranger XLT , l love my new Ranger . Bob, Guy ,Tyler and Mark are terrific. I highly recommend Show low Ford
