The whole Ford Team was terrific. Bob went out of his way to deliver great service to us. He taught us the different icons and what actions they provided and entered our telephone into the system, where we could receive and transmit telephone calls.

Recall work done on my Escape
The Recall item was ordered then I was notified a time to schedule the appointment. They came to picked up my car. They had some problems and it took longer than scheduled. I called to get an update. The car was then delivered to me when it was completed. I take my vehicle to the Ford dealer of service.

Guy Hatch runs a great operation! I've bought a fews Fords from him over the years, he's always been true to his word and the follow up is second to none. I can buy from my local dealer but rather travel 4 hours to buy from Show Low Ford.

Service good, waiting room needs improvement
The internet wasn't working on the day of my visit so full diagnostics weren't performed on my vehicle and my services took longer than usual to complete. I don't expect these issues to interfere with my future visits, however. I do wish the waiting room was a little more comfortable. The seating was functional, but if more people were waiting onsite for their repairs to be completed, it would have been too crowded for comfort. The TV was too quiet to listen to the show (which was nothing to brag about anyway) and there weren't any charging docks for electronics.

MacKenzie is an absolute gem! My 18 expedition blew a heater hose on Good Friday at 5PM. I was stressed, we had it towed to Show Low Ford. MacKenzie assured me she would try to have it seen, not fixed but a ballpark idea of what to expect. I went home on Sunday without my car but kept in touch with her. The parts were ordered along with the thermostat since that portion was dismantled already. She provided a quote and called me Thursday to share that my car was done. Because of the amount of error codes the car threw, we knew there may be more issues than the heater hose. MacKenzie was polite and professional through the entire process! She knew I was stressed and tried to provide options. I do not blame her nor the dealership that my car broke after hours in a town where the rental agencies are closed on the weekends. Honestly it was her communication and transparency that assisted me through this trying process. She didn?t make any excuses but provided results. I am completely satisfied with her customer service! Thank you, MacKenzie for everything!

Great Ford Truck Service
Show Low Ford is perhaps the best dealership I have found since owning my F150. Even tho I bought it from another dealership, they have been so helpful. I highly recommend this outfit servicing your Ford.
