Jerrry Roxas is the best service advisor at Rydell. He will even answer my text messages on his day off. The work is always done right and quickly.

I have had a few strange and important repairs on my vehicle. Luckily all have been covered either by the car's warranty or the warranty I got when I bought... it used. The latter covered a $2200 repair to replace a faulty transmission module that controls the switch. I tried to get that fixed previously, but it was an intermittent problem and for some reason the related code didn't appear in the computer. It's been over a week and the problem has yet to resurface. Hopefully it was fixed as it was difficult to know if the switch itself was faulty. So far, so good. They also replaced my brakes and got me an oil change. All done in two days.
Always a great experience coming to this facility. Especially when working with Jerry Roxas. He is a gem.
Took my car with no appointment did a brake repair and oil service in a timely manner. The crew was polite and kept me informed of the progress on my truck.
Repair was promised same day by closing time, but later required to remain overnight as the software didn’t load correctly and needed additional time.
