    I had a wonderful experience with Jaime Garcia. He was honest friendly and polite. It started with a phone call during which he was very transparent and... patient. He had the truck I wanted, and was willing to hold it for me till the weekend.

    Long time customer coming to an end. I have purchased a number of vehicles for work and my wife and I purchased a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport from Rydell.... Come August 2019 we were invited and attended the new 2020 Corvette unvail at the dealer at which we placed our order. 1st off we specifically asked the sales manager for the most knowledgeable person understanding the complex ordering for the new Corvette and we were set up with the complete opposite. A young man that had worked there for only a year or so and really didn't understand that car or the ordering process. We were already really put off when we're about to spend another $90k and meanwhile there were a ton of people placing their orders right there and only so many dealer allotments. After making a stink we were finally set up with Armen in sales who was very knowledgeable and placed our order. Again this was middle of August 2019. Fast forward to end of August 2020 and with absolutely zero updates or communication (understandable delays because of Covid) but some type of updates would be expected. End of August 2020 I received a barrage of calls, texts, email late afternoon Friday but was at a number of hospital and pre-op appts for an upcoming major surgery that Wednesday as well as still needed to travel 3 hours to the desert every 10days - 2weeks to care for wife's elderly parents before this surgery. People have ongoing lives and even more difficult time because of the pandemic. We were pretty angry that we waited a year since being there for the unvail, understandably because of Covid, but then with zero communication and zero notice, we're told 'it's in and come on down to pick it up today" already Friday late afternoon. It follows that night by numerous calls and another email when I had already responded with my issues. I cc'd the sales mgr and Gus G. the actual Dealer and never heard from him, only got a final call from the sales mgr saying our contract says we have 7 days from notification to pick it up. Even explaining my situation and having zero communication or notice and asking to speak with Gus the dealer on what has transpired and still never reaching out. I know Rydell had notice exactly when it would be coming in and passing on that notice from anyone following it, whether on production or delivery, etc would've been the right thing, especially for repeat customers who have previously purchased trucks and $90k on a 2019 Grand Sport! Almost feels like Rydell has someone else interested and would like to move it to the next buyer huh? Or their sales lot since markups are much higher now. Which the sales mgr actually alluded to that they have 30 people on the waiting list!

    We live 175 miles north of this dealership and decided to purchase a brand new 2017 Chevrolet 2500 from Rydell. We could have not been more satisfied... with this whole experience. Starting with Leticia Salazar's very prompt response to our email for more information. Then the salesman Robert "Bob" Torres reached out to us with even more information about the vehicle plus provided more photos for us as soon as we asked. Bob is very helpful and a very pleasant person to do business with. There is no wonder why this dealership is an award winner. Highly recommend!

    When I go car shopping I am the type of customer no Sales Representative wants to deal with as I want the best price for my trade in and a great deal on... a new car. When I purchased my last car, a Chevrolet Camaro, it took 6 months to finally find a dealership that would give me the right price for my trade in and the price I wanted for the Camaro. When I went to Rydell on Saturday 2/29/20 it was my first dealership to stop at and I was going to only test drive the 2020 Chevrolet Blazer RS. Julio Colocho was the Sales Representative who took me for a test drive and then consulted with me on the pricing for the vehicle. He helped me find the best price for the Blazer, I know this because I compared dealerships before I came to Rydell, as well as assisted me in getting the amount I desired for my trade-in. Throughout the process Julio took the time to get to know me which made the experience extremely un-stressful and pleasant. I was not expecting to purchase a car this visit but I couldn't resist the price points I was offered and the honest service I received from Julio so I decided to move forward with the purchase. I then went to Freddy Peressut to complete the financing for the Blazer and he made the process easy to understand and seamless. I really appreciated how Freddy expressed this is a family oriented company as it made me understand why my experience with Julio and Freddy had been so pleasant compared to other dealerships. I would highly recommend Rydell if you are looking for honest employees who are truly their to find you the best deal. Thank you Julio and Freddy for an excellent experience.

    Bought vehicle based on what was told to me by salesman Victor regarding financing. Was told what the payment would be, but when contacted by bank, they... said payment was different. Finance director told me not his problem. They refuse to call me back and make any effort to make right. Not even an apology. Do not purchase from this place. Especially if public safety employee. Police or fire.
