Everything was great! I was able to handle most everything over the phone. Armen and Jorge were very attentive and responsive to all my questions and I am very satisfied with my new Pickup!

I dropped off my car with an appointment on Monday, April 20 after moving it back from April 16 at your request due to the type of service I was requesting (suspension). My car was not looked at until late Friday afternoon. By then it was too late to pick it up. I had to rent a car for an entire week. Rene was very good and communicated regularly through the week. Car was returned unwashed and tire pressure was not adjusted as indicated on the paperwork.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain what your vehicle actually needs—and just as importantly, what it doesn’t. That honesty and expertise really set him apart. I never felt pressured into unnecessary services, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. Highly recommend!

I am always very happy when I come to Rydell Chevrolet in Northridge. Mike Arustamyan and his team have always been very reliable and very honest. I appreciate the many years I have been a customer. I always recommend anyone who needs car help to come to this fabulous location. My father, until the time he died, always came to this Rydell location. I know in heaven he would say with me, "Bravissimo to all!"
