I am always very happy when I come to Rydell Chevrolet in Northridge. Mike Arustamyan and his team have always been very reliable and very honest. I appreciate the many years I have been a customer. I always recommend anyone who needs car help to come to this fabulous location. My father, until the time he died, always came to this Rydell location. I know in heaven he would say with me, "Bravissimo to all!"

Purchase was simple and straightforward, but window was damaged while the vehicle was being cleaned. I noticed the damage on the first day, but I mistakenly assumed the damage was just residual polish from the cleaning. After trying to clean it off a few days later, I noticed the window had deep scratches in it. Messaged the sales associate and confirmed he read my text but never responded.

We brought our car int twice with the same engine issue. First time they said we have to wait for the check engine light to come on. Second time the check engine light was on and they claimed to fix it, but it was never fixed.

I was so impressed with Rydell Chevrolet and Bob and Andre. It was a no pressure sales and I got an amazing deal. No back and forth, the price was the price. It was so easy and not the normal experience from a car dealer. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend who had my best interests in mind. I love this dealership and plan to buy/lease many more cars from them. Thanks Rydell for an easy, amazing experience and I love my new Equinox EV.
