Everything was great! I was able to handle most everything over the phone. Armen and Jorge were very attentive and responsive to all my questions and I am very satisfied with my new Pickup!

I dropped off my car with an appointment on Monday, April 20 after moving it back from April 16 at your request due to the type of service I was requesting (suspension). My car was not looked at until late Friday afternoon. By then it was too late to pick it up. I had to rent a car for an entire week. Rene was very good and communicated regularly through the week. Car was returned unwashed and tire pressure was not adjusted as indicated on the paperwork.

Rydell Chevrolet was very helpful and quick. They had great pricing as well, which made the trip worth it.

Service department was great i didn’t have an appointment, but they me out in before the time they had told. I’ll go back again.

Good price ,fast service ,great people . Overall a good dealership only cons for me at least was high Apr & not being able to take car home that day
