This is the worst shop, they charged me to fix the

This is the worst shop, they charged me to fix the problems on my vehicle, I asked if that will solve the problem, they told me that will solve the issue but after they finished and received their money, my car is worst than before, and now they want more money to fix, that's not fair

Best Experience

After buying a car from here, we left knowing that we weren’t taken advantage of but rather treated with dignity and respect. Since then, we have bought several more cars from them.

Mr. Leo Fuqua, Jr.

Overall these guys are tops! No jive, no bull! They were engaging and willing to go the extra mile to help us find the vehicle we wanted and the financing to go with it. Like I said they were the best I've ever experienced!

Michigander

Have had my vehicle in the repair shop for almost two months now. Keep saying I will get a phone call back from them, and they haven't once called me. Everytime I call they give me a different run around as to what is taking them so long.

Stay away!!!

Do not buy a used car from here!! I bought a 2011 model and drove it for 4 days before it messed up. They have had my car off and on for almost 8 weeks now and it still isn’t fixed. They waited 4 weeks before even attempting to fix it after the first time I dropped it off. I was told it was taking so long at first because they were trying to find cheap used parts. After the parts came in, I kept being told it would be done on certain dates and when that date would come and go I would get the same story all over again. One person would tell me the parts were there but they were swamped while another person would tell me they were still waiting on parts. After they fixed it the first time, it was having even more issues. I have been back and forth 5 times over the past 3 weeks to pick the car up because they said it was done when in fact it was still having the exact same issue. I was told they couldn’t guarantee it would be fixed this time either. There were several times I was told someone would call me back to let me know what’s going on and I would never hear back from anyone unless I called them back. Every time I call to check on it I am asked what they are supposed to be doing to it. How are you going to fix a car if you don’t even know what your supposed to be fixing?!! Save your money and time. Buy somewhere else!

Eddie Preuitt Ford raises the bar!

I hate buying 'new' cars. I hate that awful feeling of being took advantage of. I hate the feeling of paying too much. I hate dealing with dealerships. After spending half my day at a local mega dealership in Decatur,Al I got fed up and left. We drove 10 minutes to Hartselle, Al to a smaller dealership , Eddie Preuitt Ford. Right away I new they were different. The Preuitts, family and kids are there playing in the lobby. It's a very friendly welcoming experience. The place ain't fancy but why does it have to be to sell a car? Jason, met us at the door with a handshake and after a small discussion of what we were looking for he tossed us a set of keys. We test drove Two cars. About 2 hours later I was signing the dotted line. The price was so low, so reasonable i almost felt bad for the dealership. We left Eddie Preuitt Ford in our new car. This is how you treat people. This is what customer service should be. We will only deal with Eddie Preuitt Ford.
