Do not buy a used car from here!! I bought a 2011 model and drove it for 4 days before it messed up. They have had my car off and on for almost 8 weeks now and it still isn’t fixed. They waited 4 weeks before even attempting to fix it after the first time I dropped it off. I was told it was taking so long at first because they were trying to find cheap used parts. After the parts came in, I kept being told it would be done on certain dates and when that date would come and go I would get the same story all over again. One person would tell me the parts were there but they were swamped while another person would tell me they were still waiting on parts. After they fixed it the first time, it was having even more issues. I have been back and forth 5 times over the past 3 weeks to pick the car up because they said it was done when in fact it was still having the exact same issue. I was told they couldn’t guarantee it would be fixed this time either. There were several times I was told someone would call me back to let me know what’s going on and I would never hear back from anyone unless I called them back. Every time I call to check on it I am asked what they are supposed to be doing to it. How are you going to fix a car if you don’t even know what your supposed to be fixing?!! Save your money and time. Buy somewhere else!

Eddie Preuitt Ford raises the bar!
I hate buying 'new' cars. I hate that awful feeling of being took advantage of. I hate the feeling of paying too much. I hate dealing with dealerships. After spending half my day at a local mega dealership in Decatur,Al I got fed up and left. We drove 10 minutes to Hartselle, Al to a smaller dealership , Eddie Preuitt Ford. Right away I new they were different. The Preuitts, family and kids are there playing in the lobby. It's a very friendly welcoming experience. The place ain't fancy but why does it have to be to sell a car? Jason, met us at the door with a handshake and after a small discussion of what we were looking for he tossed us a set of keys. We test drove Two cars. About 2 hours later I was signing the dotted line. The price was so low, so reasonable i almost felt bad for the dealership. We left Eddie Preuitt Ford in our new car. This is how you treat people. This is what customer service should be. We will only deal with Eddie Preuitt Ford.

The best car experience I've ever had!
I was a recent college graduate and let's just say, trying to buy a car had been an absolute nightmare. I tried several dealerships before a friend referred me to Eddie Pruit Ford. Wow! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the difference. The people are trustworthy, considerate, and genuine, things I had sworn could NEVER describe car salesmen. I now live in Atlanta, but I always come back to Hartselle for my car maintenance, even if it's just an oil change. The distance is worth it! I've never found another place as reliable. 100% recommend it!

The only dealership that I will ever use again
I purchased my 2011 Ford Fusion from another dealer. I began going to Eddie Preuitt after discovering how easy it was to get in for service. I drive about 50k miles per year. I just purchased a 2014 Ford Edge for my wife from Eddie Preuitt Ford. I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. We received an unbelievable amount for our trade-in and got a great deal on the new vehicle. There was no hassle or hours wasted, unlike other dealerships where the salesperson has to go to the sales manager - no pressure, no sales tactics, no up-charges, and no crazy fees. They worked around our schedule. I feel like family at Eddie Preuitt Ford. I also trust Eddie Preuitt Ford with my families' life. They are the only place that I trust to service her new vehicle. If you are in the market for a new or used car, or you need someone that you can trust to service or repair your vehicle, you need Eddie Preuitt Ford. I trust them with my family and you can too.

AMAZING dealership, staff was OUTSTANDING!!
I recently got my car serviced with Eddie Preuitt Ford, the experience was superb. Not only did they do a quick and thorough job, but I was greeted with a warm welcome and was treated like family. Jim Bolding, the service manager, was a delight and ensured that I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. The Preuitt family-Eddie, Jason, and Trent were all so welcoming and helped me browse a couple of different vehicles! I would definitely come back to this dealership and would do business with them again in the future! Thanks, Eddie Preuitt Ford for a wonderful experience!
