2018 Silverado service

Everyone was very professional. Top notch department. I have and would further recommend the dealership to anyone. Having to write a book at the end is BS

Car search

My used car search started on Cars.com app and once my eyes crossed over the car of my choice it ended at Donohoo Chev dearlership..from the car salesmens that assisted me with setting up test drive, to the front desk receptionist who scanned my license for the test drive, the service dept that took care of a certain request that i had and then ultimately even the lady that took ALL my money for the purchase of the vehicle LOL....im very pleased.

Sales great, service needs a lot of improvement

I really hate having to give this rating, bcs I love the dealership as far as buying a car goes. however the service dept is lacking. we took our 2013 cts , that we purchased from them back in 2016 in for a problem regarding a leak. luckily I had a good aftermarket warranty that covered the repairs, which included several seals being replaced , a torque converter, and bell housing , all bcs they had trouble detecting the leak. then the drive shaft was replaced , even tho the car had no vibration when I dropped it off. 7 weeks to the day , after dropping it off, I finally was able to pick it up . and so far so good. but the communication from the dept when we tried to find out the status of the car was horrible . so , I guess , id recommend them if you are looking to buy a car, but I wouldn't recommend the service dept. and I hate this bcs this is the only place that has ever done anything (oil changes, etc) on it since we bought it, but im afraid ive made my last trip to fort payne. , or at least I hope so.

My Malibu

Best experience in purchasing a new car I’ve ever had! The staff was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and they make you feel confident in the process of purchasing a car from them all the way through.

Great Service

We knew exactly what we wanted when we stopped by. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the time we walked in. Service on the vehicle has been easy to schedule and hassle free.

Friendly helpful great home type people

Service is the best I’ve had a new Chevy every other year and visited other dealers but this donohoo is by far the best. You enter their service shop and Matt will always greet you. When he works on your vehicle he carefully tells you what is wrong. He tells you what needs to be done and explains it in good way. He never belittles you but yet he never goes over your head.
