Everything was one great and process was wonderful, Wesley and Andrew and Stephanie really rolled out the red carpet for me and my wife and we loved the... experience.
Great friendly service. Thanks I am very happy with my 2019 Chevy Silverado. I will be purchasing my next vehicle at donhoo Chevy. Great prices and service.
This was like an experience from the past. The pickup I was looking at was white glove clean inside and out and ready for me to drive when I arrived.... I was greeted by a pleasant, professional and prepared sales representative. I drove the pickup, they appraised mine. The paperwork was ready, handled efficiently and in a personable manner. Then a pleasant and very knowledgeable delivery specialist acquainted me with the vehicle features. Everyone that I was in contact with at this dealership was just outstanding as a person and as a professional. I was on my way home within an hour and one-half of arrival. I have not had such a pleasant experience in buying a vehicle in many years. Thanks to all of you.
Wow! Thanks, Jim, for taking time out of your day to leave us such a wonderful review. We truly appreciate your feedback and are so pleased that your ...experience here at Donohoo Chevrolet was a great one "from the past". Thanks again for allowing us to earn your business and show you the Donohoo Difference! Sincerely, The Donohoo Chevrolet Team
PURCHASED A NEW TRUCK FROM THIS DEALER. DROVE 4 HOURS FROM NORTH CAROLINA TO FIND THE BEST PRICE. GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH AND A GREAT DEALERSHIP.
My used car search started on Cars.com app and once my eyes crossed over the car of my choice it ended at Donohoo Chev dearlership..from the car salesmens... that assisted me with setting up test drive, to the front desk receptionist who scanned my license for the test drive, the service dept that took care of a certain request that i had and then ultimately even the lady that took ALL my money for the purchase of the vehicle LOL....im very pleased.
I really hate having to give this rating, bcs I love the dealership as far as buying a car goes. however the service dept is lacking. we took our 2013... cts , that we purchased from them back in 2016 in for a problem regarding a leak. luckily I had a good aftermarket warranty that covered the repairs, which included several seals being replaced , a torque converter, and bell housing , all bcs they had trouble detecting the leak. then the drive shaft was replaced , even tho the car had no vibration when I dropped it off. 7 weeks to the day , after dropping it off, I finally was able to pick it up . and so far so good. but the communication from the dept when we tried to find out the status of the car was horrible . so , I guess , id recommend them if you are looking to buy a car, but I wouldn't recommend the service dept. and I hate this bcs this is the only place that has ever done anything (oil changes, etc) on it since we bought it, but im afraid ive made my last trip to fort payne. , or at least I hope so.
Best experience in purchasing a new car I’ve ever had! The staff was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and they make you feel confident in the process... of purchasing a car from them all the way through.
We knew exactly what we wanted when we stopped by. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the time we walked in. Service on the vehicle has been easy... to schedule and hassle free.
Good car, but we were not impressed with the loan process. We asked them to to see what our loan rate would be. They ran our credit check with 4 different... companies and hit our credit score hard 4 times. I was expecting 1 hard hit, not 4. My recommendation in the future is to get the customers permission before hitting a credit score that many times.
I contacted the dealership a couple of days prior to check on the availability of a used car I found on the website. I talked to Vince and let him know... I'd be their Friday or Saturday. On Saturday morning I missed a call from Vince and called him back a bit later that morning to let him know when I got done with some shopping I had to do I would make the drive to Ft Payne. I called when I was on my way but hey was busy with a customer so I left a message asking him to call me. When I arrived at the dealership and found the car I was interested in I called but instead of getting an answer he text me letting me know he was too busy to answer the phone and he asked me to text him, which I promptly did. I let him know I was at the dealership sitting at the car of interest, he never replied back. I waited over an hour and it was getting close to closing so I text him back letting him know I was leaving. He promptly text me back with "Sorry ... . Been slammed" IMO if Vince was so busy that he couldn't reply to a text letting him know I WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP LOOKING AT THE CAR, he could of at least let another salesman help me out. I'm 57yo and have bought a LOT of cars and bikes in my life time, never have I had this kind of non-service from a dealership, never. And I've been to a lot of unimpressive dealerships.
