It says on their website ''Our under $20k inventory features popular makes and models that have been thoroughly INSPECTED for quality and performance.'' I bought my 2018 Silverado on 08/04/2026 I test drove it in the pouring rain and it seemed fine and I did not get under the truck that day nor did I notice the hard shift between 1st and 2nd gear. I got under it on 08/25/2026 when I was installing an aftermarket transmission thermal bypass and noticed there is two plates missing that go under the transmission. Wish I could add the pictures I took. Also, there was a code that my code reader will not show but I went to O'Reilly and it showed a po872 switch 3 low voltages. The check engine light was not on. The car fax they ran off and gave me to sign when buying it, is different than the one when you go to carfax website and look at it. I have what they gave me and have a screen shot of what is different online. Ever who does their inspecting is not doing a good job or they just don't care. Either of them.

Took 3 weeks to get my car back and only received a loaner car for 12 hrs. I told them to replace the serpentine belt but they didn?t do it and the oil leak. They put the oil filler part on my car and the gasket failed so now they don?t guarantee to fix the issue. I?m tired of bring my car back there. Tired of them stating Can?t replicate issue when clearly you can hear it?s coming from the wheel bearings on the front tire.

The location would not include the floor liners that was promised to use. I came with cash to buy a Chevy Tahoe 2025. No type of customer service
