Drew in Service Department has been top notch, very accommodating and on top of everything when I brought my 2021 Silverado 1500 for maintenance and the one factory Chevrolet recall issue. Even gave me his own chair so I could rest since I have an amputated limb. Even went so far as to drive me home during the recall issue then brought my truck to me once completed. Sean is an outstand, fun mechanic there too.

Top notch customer service and an amazing inventory! The sales reps are not pushy in the least, (a refreshing change from the typical dealership experience)! Josh Dutton was awesome from start to finish! I will 100% be referring everyone to this dealership!

Dealing with Vince and Donohoo was one of the easiest and best vehicle purchases I have ever done. There was no haggling whatsover. Vince and the staff were as friendly as they come. I will deinitely be sendding them referrals and will reach out to them on my next pyrchase

My overall purchase process was pretty good.
My overall purchase process was pretty good. My salesperson was good but when I purchased the truck they detailed the truck and took the brand new mats out. I asked for mats before I left and they couldn?t find them. So I got an IOU for the mats. I have been told they were back order then mailed like 2 weeks ago. I still don?t have them and now when I call or message I get no response on a t2024 truck that was almost $70k. I also had to deal with problems with my veteran tax exemption.

One of the easiest buying experiences I?ve ever had. No smoke and mirrors just straight up buying a vehicle. Have had mine serviced several times after purchase there and they are very professional too.

Drove 5 hours and was well worth it.
Everything was a great experience. Found the vehicle online and gave them a call. Basically everything was handled over the phone before we drove 5 hours to them. When we got there everything was done as we discussed and no complaints from the experience. Would do business with them again.

Best dealership experience I've had in 50 years of buying cars! From researching the Bolt EUVs (test driving - asking a billion questions) through placing my custom order and waiting (nothing like the wait I heard others experienced) to my first ever service appointment last week... ALWAYS eager to do whatever is in MY best interest. Lots of businesses say they're all about the customer - Donohoo proves it one experience after another! Get this... I drive a long way to get to Donohoo - from a different time zone. I messed up converting to Donohoo's time zone and arrived two hours before my service appointment. They reworked their schedule and fit me it!!! Then bent over backwards to make sure I didn't feel bad about MY screwup. Yeah, I'm a fan. On the Bolt forums I see a dozen or so other devoted fans too. My experience isn't just a fluke. They have a solid reputation in the Bolt buyer market for knowing ALL about these cars and supporting drivers converting from ICE. Yeah, I'm a fan.
