I love my new (used) 2012 Ford Focus SE. The entire service team did an excellent job of taking care of me and the needs of my car when the transmission started slipping. Karen is a great service advisor and even asked if I'd like to have routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) while my car was in the shop waiting on parts. Charlotte was an absolute Blessing when she found me a rental car at the last minute and had it thawed out so I'd make my Atlanta meeting on time. You've got a Great Team.

We were traveling on vacation when our f-250 started having problems. Had no idea where to go since we were from out of town. Prater was the closest ford dealership so I went to them. The lady at the counter was very helpful. Service was also excellent. The mechanic took the time to explain what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. To my surprise they were able to fix the truck and have us on the road again the next day.
