    i bought a used car. 2013 malibu. sales with Amber and Steve went fine. they even delivered the car to me that day. later at home i inspected it more thoroughly... and found detailman's baseball cap in back window, oil monitor wasn't reset and the joke of all, rodent nest under the engine cover. you can see the chewed wires. fortunately they appear not to be chewed through. i texted pics and complaint to Amber and Danelle. no response. 1-day later got 1-response from Danelle as if nothing was wrong. she said never received my pics or complaint. apologized. insisted i bring the car back to get it checked out. Herman the service writer called to make the appointment. when i got there the service writer had no idea why i was there. no record of my appointment. car sat for 15 minutes. then they took it in service dept. 10 minutes later brought it back out. sat again for 15 minutes. then gave me the key and said all is good. service writer came running back out to get the detailman's baseball cap they forgot, again! it seems they were more worried about retrieving the cap then pleasing me. never saw or heard from anyone but the service writer. previously, when Danelle called me about bringing it back in, she insisted that she wanted me to bring it back to them(70 miles 1-way) so she could keep an eye on things. never saw Danelle or heard from her again. if i could have, i would have returned the car for a refund, but you sign a NO cooling off period clause. like i said, what a joke! very unhappy with my experience at anderson!!!

    FRIENDLY Warning ANDERSON CHRYSLER LAKE HAVASU 11/14/2019 Took a 2008 Ram 3500 in after it started running rough on start up. Being as we were pulling... 5th wheel to Phoenix did not want to get stuck if it stopped. Had not had the engine light come on, but just for peace of mind. Their computer did not show anything, so agreed that best to leave it and have it further checked out. Within 20 minutes of leaving, Herman called saying that they would have to do a full diagnostic to the tune of 720 plus parts. Monday he called and said bill was 1004 and would be ready to go next day. Then received call saying needed a 1500 dollar part, next day it was an additional 1200 dollar part. Told was able to pick truck up, but needed to be returned as still not running right. (actually way worse than when we brought it in, couldn't consider leaving lot) Big discussion with Hermans replacement Saturday, and the fact the truck only began acting bad after gas refill. Monday received Hermans message that they had found gasoline in the diesel even though assurances that possibility had been the first thing they had checked and only found pure diesel. This ended up costing $3,958.34. Far from a being happy customer.

    Traded a Wrangler in for a Cherokee Latitude since I have a side by side, wife didn't think we needed it anymore. She was WRONG . Said it ok to get back... into another one. YEA!!!!

    Not sure parts and services were done and needed. As I had a oil change in Aug. 2019 yet still the oil still leaked and I came back and bought another... part in September. Again in October it happened again and it cost me again. To the tune of over $1000. This is redundant to have to return again and again. For part and part to repair oil dripping. Does this really stop the problem? Or are they just draining my bank account. I have never lost my faith in a dealership as I have here.

    Anderson Chrysler is the best. The shop got my Ram in with no appointment ,even under a heavy work load and removed a nail and plugged my tire in a... very short amount of time. This is why we have purchased our last two cars in three years here. Thanks Anderson team .
