Fast efficient service.

Fast efficient service. Great communication. All issues were identified and quickly resolved by the service department.

1) Spent over $800 and for using a credit card they

1) Spent over $800 and for using a credit card they charged me another $25 2) Truck was finished and sitting out in the parking lot. I got my paperwork 25+ minutes later. 3) I spicily asked them to check the coolant fluid. Was told that they would top off all the fluids. That was Thursday, today (Tuesday) my low coolant light goes on for about 2 minutes. (I live 70 miles away from the dealership)

Purchased 2019 vehicle with approximately 60,000 miles on

Purchased 2019 vehicle with approximately 60,000 miles on it 7 months ago. It was explained it was a certified vehicle that had gone through a thorough inspection. In the 7 months of having this car the thermostat went out (odd, they typically last close 100K miles) and just this week the motor mounts are bad and leaking (odd, they typically last 5-7 years and usually doesn’t happen around 60,000 miles). They claim the motor mounts are not covered under the powertrain warranty and want over $1000 to repair. How does a 4 year old certified vehicle need such expensive repairs within 7 months? This is a car that was over $25,000. We are looking at cars for my son and this will be the place we will avoid as they have lost our trust and our business. The drive to a trusting dealership outside of the city is worth it to have peace of mind when purchasing a vehicle, especially when they are so expensive.

BUY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Cannot be trusted at all. We bought a 2019 Grand Cherokeey brand new. In three years it has had numerous problems. It only has 34000 miles. Our service tech, Mike, always said that he would take care of any problems after warranty because there was clearly something wrong with the car, having so many problems. Today the vehicle gave us a shut down warning so it was driven straight to Anderson Chrysler. They denied any knowledge and refused to give any help. no appointments available, no loaner cars, no warranty, no help at all. Wanted $300 to even diagnose it, even though the issue is related to an earlier issue with the batteries. They didn't care about that. They didn't care about what Mike told us, saying that he had retired. This is not a reputable place to buy a car. Our holiday travel plans are ruined because we trusted Anderson Automotive Group. We're currently waiting to hear back from the general manager and will update this review.

Worst dealership we have ever been to

Worst dealership we have ever dealt with, They gave us our price we waited for the Jeep to come in and When it came in they told us they couldn’t give us that price because it had only been there 1 day so they raised the price by over 10,000 dollars, I have the window sticker that they wrote the price on. He said his manager said they couldn’t do it, we’ve bought a lot of new vehicles over the years and have never had a dealership do this! I would never trust this dealership again , the window sticker showed deep tint windows in the price and they added another 1495.00 to go even darker just other ways to jack the price up, who tints windows three times? Lol The jeep just came in and still had the plastic on it buyer beware

I found a Jeep Gladiator I wanted and I Filled out the...

I found a Jeep Gladiator I wanted and I Filled out the customer contact information. I was contacted via text by a salesman. I replied that I wanted a quote on that Jeep. I had no trade and I would be financing through my bank. No extra warranty. All I wanted was a price. I was informed about a $1,498.00 additional for nitrogen in tires and stuff. I was ok with that and replied there price $38,999.00 +$1498.00+tax+title. Never got a answer. Then another salesman texted me on same line. Still no Price. Then I get a e-mail message with from the first guy and still no price. I do not know why they didn't want to give me a firm price. I have secured financing and am a mature buyer. After that runaround I will take my business elsewhere.

liars

crooks and liars did not put the hitch on they were suppost to. put a cheap 69.00 hitch on and charge me 370.00 that i have to replace i took there word i need a hitch that suppost to be heavy enough to pull a enclose trailer i guess there are no one you can take there word from sad
