We had a great experience with salesperson Shaun. He was friendly and courteous and someone I would recommend to others looking to make a purchase. However, I found the finance part of the day uncomfortable and off putting. We were treated like we were poor (we?re not, but if we were, it?s still wrong). The finance guy shrugged and said our credit score was okay when we asked what came up for him (we know what our score is; it?s well above average). He talked down to us the whole time, licked his fingers to turn pages constantly, then made us use the computer mouse (that his spitty fingers were on) to e-sign some of the forms. The first half of our experience was great; the second half will keep me from returning to this location.

Recall repairs and scheduled maintenance
We had two recalls needed on the car and our scheduled maintenance was due. We got an appointment quickly then needed to change and they were great... no problems... We got maintenance done first but needed a second appointment for the recall so they could order the correct parts. Everyone helpful and they got the repairs done fast ..they answered all our questions. The paperwork that explains the repairs is very helpful and understandable..and gives an update on the wear on our car. I greatly appreciate that!; and the weird sound we kept hearing is now gone.!! Yes!!

Donnie LaFer was an excellent salsman to work with. Fernando was so nice to help me get the financing i needed to get the car i wanted. I never felt pressured.It was a very pleasant experience. I'm happy to recommend them & I'll be back.
