Don’t use this service dept. spent 1600.00 for repair it lasted 3 days. Took F-150 to Murdock Ford for repair. I will let it set before using this dealer. Problem occurred on 14 Jan. They could maybe check it on 25 Jan. So much for customer service.

Read before Service: Mike Jones service department
Read before Service: Mike Jones service department dropped their service door on my truck, and damaged my work ladder on a Friday. The garage door came off its track and issue went unaddressed until the following Monday, delaying my technician and costing my business time and money. If a service manager can not solve a garage door issue in three days, what confidence should any patron have in this dealerships competence to fix a vehicle. Customer Service? Accountability? How has this become acceptable?

Read before Service: Mike Jones service department dropped their service door on my truck, and damaged my work ladder on a Friday. Bought a new Lincoln Aviator today
Called Clay at the Dealership, told him EXACTLY what I wanted, he found it and I bought it. Clay spent two hours with my wife going over all the technology in the new Lincoln Aviator. She's happy so I'm happy. I recommend Mike Jones Ford Lincoln and will buy from them again.

Replace window regarlator 3times didn’t fix it t
I would not recommend I took my car to have a window regulator replaced I gave them 3 tryies they even left a pair on chandler locks in my door had to take it to another place to get it fixed. I meet with mike jones about this and he was a dude person and not once did he say sorry he said he spends a lot of money to train his mechanic s I told him not enough. Betty Eavenson

Going to buy a travel trailer, put a $1,000 deposit down, ended up not being able to buy because of health reasons, would not give our deposit back. Not very ethical. I guess this is indicative of the way Mike Jones does business, and I did this transaction with Mike Smith.

Very Disappointed!
I took my Ford F-350 pickup to Mike Jones Ford Lincoln for them to replace a light bulb in my dash, which should have been a simple task. I know this because I had a bulb in the dash previously replaced at another Ford dealership in the area. Shortly after dropping off the truck, the dealership calls me stating that the light cannot be replaced and that I should buy a whole new instrument cluster for $780. I return to the dealership and they slap me with an $85 ticket in exchange for getting my keys back. I don't know if the issue was incompetence or they are just charlatans.
