I took my 2016 Silverado in for tire balance and rotation. After picking the vehicle up and driving home I noticed a hub cap center missing from one wheel... and the valve stem cap missing from the same wheel. The service manager apologized and ordered a new hub cap and the service representative installed a valve stem cap on the wheel. While I am disappointed about the incident, the dealer took corrective actions and made good on the omission.
