The two salesmen I worked with was amazing!

The two salesmen I worked with was amazing! Derek and Cam! First vehicle I got messed up the first week I had it, manger was nice enough to take it back and put me in another vehicle! Well now I’m in a Chevy Blazer used haven’t had it very long and took it to my place for an oil change and there is no oil in it, I will not use these people again, when you get in a used vehicle you would figure they would have took it into service done an oil change and looked it over, so thankful I still have warranty on it and taking to another Chevy dealership. Would not recommend buying from this store. Very dissatisfied with the service part but the sale side of things was good! Either they need to step up there work and take trade in vehicles to the back and look them over and service them in instead of just throwing them out in the lot or they don’t need to sell used vehicles at all! Very upset with this dealership!

Beyond horrible

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! This service department should not even be allowed to use Chevrolet branding. Not only was the technician rude, but also took 3.5 hours to do routine maintenance, tried to send me away with an electronics error, AND DID NOT APPROPRIATELY TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS ON MY WHEELS which resulted in one spontaneously falling off. This type of complete disregard for the safety and satisfaction of customers can only be attributed to extremely poor leadership and management.

Brooke was HORRIBLE!

My service advisor Brooke was HORRIBLE. She doesn?t respond to emails or phone calls. I had to call the insurance company just to get updates about my vehicle. She even lied about when my car would be ready! Definitely would not recommend.

Bad service

As I type this, my car is acting strangely since I took it in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I got there at my appointment time of 7:30am, and ended up leaving at 9:30am after being told it was an hour at most job to complete. I complained about the serviceman basically taking his time serving my car, and two front desk employees went to speak with him. One stayed until he finished my car which I believed upset him, because as he walked by me after returning my car, he looked at me with an angry look and continued walked by me. Now my car is not responding normal. I will be contacting someone today.

Crain dealership

Both service and parts attempted to charge me a fee that they could not explain that fee totaled approximately $60 between the two departments. They did remove it but I had to request that it be removed.

Misleading Prices

This Dealership and maybe others who pratice this bad tactic are sadly misleading potential buyers. They display one price on their website but when you go to the dealership or question them about pricing they add $5000-$6000 on the price and call it a Market Adjustment Fee!!! These pratices are unfair and could be considered by some to be false advertisements......
