I will never purchased a car from Crain they overcharge and a full of crap and they are rude people. Did General manager he’s never in he doesn’t return phone calls. He does not return emails and his staff is horrible.

By far the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had buying a car. The white glove delivery to my home was something I have never had before and was the icing on top for how great an experience we had. Brandon Cage handled everything for us with professionalism and answered all my questions immediately and made the paperwork process seamless. An absolute outstanding experience from start to delivery. We will always recommend Crain Chevy to anyone wanting to buy a new car.

I don't think I have ever been treated more disrespectfully by anyone this side of the Viet Cong. I am from out of state and wanted to buy a used car that was marked must go. The sales person, or whoever it was because they never identified themselves, sent text, sent emails, I never knew which was coming. I informed the person that I thought was the sales person that I was cutting out specific time to speak with him and no other car dealerships that had the same car. Why did I do this? Because this group contains 2 other dealerships from which I wanted to purchase cars. My Lord and Savior has been very kind to me and allowed me to be able to provide many things to many people and I praise him for that. I have in the past purchased many vehicles for those in need and I was and hope to continue to the conduit for these actions. But I am asking anyone and everyone who is thinking about buying from the Crain family to seriously pray for guidance. May God Bless You All Thanks Bruce

I was in and out in a matter of 30- 45 minutes for an oil change. Excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location to have the vehicle serviced again.

Wrote a review about Craine Chev. In Little Rk. Ask me to respond and I tried for three days, no response. They misdiagnosed my son’s vehicle when he broken down and being from out of town. They said after damage caused a part to fail, however they could not find one anywhere. After four days we were faced with either leaving the the vehicle their indefinitely or tow it back to St. Louis, which we did for $1,500. Do you believe a Chev. Delmar could not find a part in the entire United States for an out of town stranded motorist? Shame on this Dealership and GM. Then they told us water damage caused the damage, yet the St. Louis Deal did not find water damage, adjusted the part which was under warranty and sent him on his way. This was an honest a forthright Dealership. I hope none of your loved ones breaker down while traveling in Little Rock. If so, don’t you dare. Go to this joint.

Treated very well. The repairs were done in a timely manner. The service employee was very polite. Some of the employees were students and graduates of Mills university study high school
