Very professional salesmen. I didn’t feel like I was a piece of meat being swarmed by vultures. David took care of us and we purchased two vehicles. Price could have been a little lower but with the market for used cars being what it is we are happy with our purchases.

I was very disappointed in the service center on my last
I was very disappointed in the service center on my last trip LuldF. I had set up an appointment for a recall on my door latch. i was told it take about 4 hours to complete the work. My appt was 8:00 a.m. and i expected to pick up my truck around noon. I did not hear anything by 1:30 pm, so i called to find out the status of my service. i was told that they were working on it, but they did not give me a time when it would be ready. Since i did not know a time, it tied up my wife and my time until i was notified it was ready. finally, at 4:30 p,m i was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. When i went the service department, i was told the delay was due to approval by Ford to do the work. I did not understand since Ford was the one who sent me the recall information. Regardless, i felt that the service department should have contacted me to give me any update on the progress. Communication between the service dept and myself was very disappointing. I am due a service soon and i am debating about going to another Ford dealership. This will depend on your response to this message. i expect my dealership to be able to communicate with me , when issues arise and to finish work on timely basis. Since i purchased the truck from you, i would like to continue having my services done at your location. Sincerely, Stan Childers 8/7/2022.

Ordered a f450 can& chassi, waited 3 months, it arrived
Ordered a f450 can& chassi, waited 3 months, it arrived and the SRP had gone up. 13,500 from what the price was when I ordered? I was a little disappointed but the product is excellent. Dealership did a good job staying on the order,and selling it to me and my salesman. David kept in contact with me and was excellent!. I would use kiwi-4 again for my next purchase I'm expecting good service from kiwi Ford on my f-450 in its future use. Thanks for the kiwi group. My business will grow. Marcel plathe

Thank you kiwi Ford for my purchase of my truck, I was initially disappointed with the MSRP price but the manager spoke to me. Explained to me why Ford does that and it's the economy and I agree with him.. everybody at kiwi Ford did a great job from the salesman to the manager to the loan person to the receptionist that straighten out my titles for DMV, also right down to the parts gentleman that ordered the steps for me so I can get in. You guys are great. Thank you very much. Seneca's grateful to have a good Ford dealership
