2021 GMC Sierra Crew cab Duramax 3.0L diesel.

I've owned my 2021 GMC Sierra Crew cab. w/ Turbo Duramax 3.0L in line 6 engine. for 4 months and already problems. Last week it over heated on a trip to Tuscaloosa, Al. Air conditioner automatically turned off. Today it is cold and the heater does not work. This will be the first and last Diesel I will ever own. I do not trust it to take a long trip. The 5.3 Gas engine in my last truck went on many trips without a hitch. I do not recommend a diesel. There are other issues I have not mentioned. Like the engine continually running after the engine is turned off. It does not achieve the diesel mileage advertised either.

Terrible customer service😢

Came in to purchase a 2019 Cadillac no one was in the lobby. Finally someone walks through I spoke and said hi. She looked at me and kept walking. I walked out, took a look at the car and as I was leaving someone came outside asked if they could help me I said no I'll go somewhere else. When someone shows you who they are believe them. They showed me who they are when I walked in and spoke and the lady just looked at me and kept walking. There are to many places that sell cars to be treated like this. Spend your money where you're appreciated.

Bentley Service Refused to Honor Their Own Coupon

Went into Bentley GMC to have my oil changed today. Told my "Advisor" I wanted the $89.95 Mobile 1 Full Synthetic Oil Change with Tire Rotation Coupon Deal for 88.95, My "Advisor" said Okay it'll be about an hour. After the work was complete I was shocked to get a bill for 132.68! What! My "Advisor" stated that Mobile 1 oil was not included in the Coupon, although the web site Coupon is named the Mobil 1 Full Synthetic Coupon. What a ripoff, Bate and Switch at its finest. Not to mention from the butning oil smell coming from my truck now, they must have poured half of the oil on the engine block. Needless to say I will not be getting service from Bentley GMC in Huntlville again.

Bad paint job from Bentley

I brought my car in for body damage and they did the paint job on my car . It has been a nightmare ! Please read my review on their Fb page , I show every conversation , e mails and pictures of which I have many more pictures and videos . They ruined my paint on my car and even sprayed white paint specs all over my driver door and window . I gave them every opportunity to correct this paint job but they refuse to do it right and keep trying to cut corners and brush me off resulting now in me getting an attorney . They promise a life time gaurantee on their paint job and do not stand behind their faulty work ! Please visit their Fb page and view the entire review !!!

Completely satisfied

Quality Customer Care

This was one of the easiest and most straightforward buying experiences. My salesperson, Johnny, was very thorough and spent more time than anyone ever has going through my new car and showing me all the options. He was so nice and professional and you can tell he truly cares about the customer being happy not just making a sale.

New Year - New GMC Sierra 1500!

Can't say enough about Kelley Barber and her personal, professional approach in managing my buying process. I'm from out-of-town and was visiting my girlfriend...so over the holiday week (Christmas - New Years) I did my homework. This process involved multiple emails and phone calls. Kelley's attentiveness, knowledge of the vehicle, and her ability to make me feel as if she was working to deliver the best deal was refreshing. In the end, I had a couple solid deals on the same or similar truck, but she made me want to do business with Bentley. Good selling Kelley - I'm happy with my GMC Sierra.
