Great service!
Many thanks to Kevin McCarthy for his assistance with purchasing my Jeep. I saw the Jeep that I wanted online and Kevin waited at the dealership while I traveled from Jacksonville to check it out. The whole purchasing process was quick and painless and Alaina was able to find me a lower rate for financing. I must say that I got a great deal with many features on my Jeep. I also want to thank Kelly for her assistance and for keeping Kevin straight :) I will definitely recommend Kevin and this dealership to friends.

Exceeded Expectations.
We had certain criteria when considering our next vehicle. Despite their promises, most of the dealers we encountered, left us discouraged. We didn't want to drive to Morehead City just to be disappointed once again. So, we called & spoke to Kevin McCarthy. He seemed to have what we were looking for. We went. He was right! We found our new car. Mr. McCarthy was pleasant, answered all our questions, & very easy to work with. Other dealers could learn from the folks at Mike Toler.

When he bought the dealership 7 years ago, one of the first things that Mike Toler told the staff here was, "If you always tell the truth, you never have to remember what you said." Great advice for both business AND life in general. That same philosophy applies to making promises - Mike says don't make them if you can't keep them. It's that simple. So while we appreciate the kind words, we just view it as another day at the office ;) Enjoy the new ride!

Rossie was the salesman that helped us a couple of weeks ago. We were simply "just looking" when he came out to see if he could help. After talking with him we both decided to purchase from the Mike Toler dealership. Rossie was very helpful in our decision making and most of all he was very approachable and never pushy. We purchased 2 vehicles in one week from him! I am certain that the next purchase will be from Mike Toler as well due to their wonderful customer service!

Mike Toler staff--Excellent Experience
Normally, I am not impressed with car dealerships. I find them pushy and only interested in the sale. They seem stiff and not really interested in me, the customer. Mike Toler was very different. I was very impressed with Rossie Manning, who was relaxed and very willing to discuss anything from sports to food to my personal auto needs. Elana also gave my wife a great map tour of Beaufort and the nearby islands. Others seemed to also enjoy talking and all seemed to have a great sense of humor. It made the car buying process a pleasure instead of something to be endured. It was a very different experience from years of high pressure tactics and I greatly appreciated it. Highly recommend Rossie and the whole Mike Toler staff.

I absolutly loved how i was treated and helped.
