My parents have been customers of Mike Toler's CDJR and though I've seen their customer service from their point of view, I have never purchased a vehicle from them before. My old vehicle was nearly 40,000 miles and I was in the market for a new truck. After driving what would become my Big Horn Ram, I fell in love with the feel, look, design and safety features of the truck. When it came for the sale itself, the entire staff including Kevin C treated me professionally, kindly, and with respect. I have bought vehicles in the past where I felt pressured into the deal, not with Mike Toler's staff. This was the first deal where I did not feel pressured at all to buy a vehicle from a dealership. They worked with me to get the payment just right and I am proud to have done this transaction. Furthermore, they have kept in contact with me to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase and I couldn't be happier. Kevin and the others made sure that before I drove off the lot that I knew the features, settings and options of the truck and again I couldn't be happier with my choice!!! I was just out looking for a new car, with no intention of buying it on Saturday. We had gone to a few other dealerships and prodded around like cattle. I just happened to go to Mike Toler, just to see two of the cars on my list and to narrow down my decision. Kevin McCarthy happened to be the lucky salesperson to get me... This is the first car I've bought on my own, and I was a little apprehensive of making the wrong choice. Kevin was so patient, he actually LISTENED to what I was saying, as far as what I wanted and didn't want in a car/truck/van. After roughly 15 minutes of listening to me, he showed me the two vehicles I came in to see. I still wasn't sure, until he showed me something between the two. I was looking at a Durango or a grand caravan, and he said," have you seen the journey"? I actually hadn't. Didn't even think of it, it wasn't on the "list". He took me over to it, took me for a test drive, listened to my questions, and I had made my decision. Kevin isn't a salesman, he is a CUSTOMER SERVICE GURU. I bought the car and my fiance is going to do his business there, along with our daughter. What a wonderful experience, and we will continue to use Mike Toler. You can get a dodge, Chrysler or Jeep anywhere, but you cant get the customer attention and satisfaction like you do with Kevin and The Mike Toler Team!!!!

Love everything about Mike Toler CDJR. Kevin "KC" Castleton is the best salesman and friend. Never fails to make us feel welcome, as do all of your other salesman and service people. I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Mike Toler Chrysler Dodge Jeep and I must say what an easy and awesome experience. The staff was very helpful and worked to get me the best deal possible. I would like to give a special thanks to Kevin "The Jeep Guy" McCarthy for welcoming me back into the Jeep family. We drove our first Durango for 10 years at this location and loved it....just bought a new 2015 Durango from Kevin McCarthy at Mike Toler Dodge. Because we had bought vehicles with Kevin before, we e-mailed him late one evening and he immediately responded asking a few questions on our must-haves. The next day we had a message with all of the details for the vehicle he located....it was perfect and within two days, we were driving away with a beautiful new Durango with the best deal anyone could offer us!
