Good Experience

Over all the experience was great., everyone was nice and friendly. The only draw back was they did not have the car ready the next morning like it was supposed to be. But, they got on it as soon as I got there and they were very apologetic..

Great experience.

Great sales team, quick purchase, very friendly, it wasn't just about the purchase of the car, I felt like we got a great deal on our vehicle and good money for our trades, I will definitely purchase more vehicles from Seth

It had been 12 years since my last purchase of a car. My salesperson,and so many other staff members treated me with suck respect and kindness. There was truly a "small town family " atmosphere at Seth Wadley's dealership. In the past,buying a car was as much fun as a root canal. This experience was positive and filk d with supportive people at every step of the buying process. I feel so fortunate and am extremely grateful to the Seth Wadley staff for their hard work in helping me get the car I wanted. I honestly believe that the drive from Oklahoma City was definitely worth the time. Canyon A/C Not working on Automatic

THis problem has been causing dangerous condensation on windshield, but the replacing the heater sensor helped solve that problem.

Oil change

Got me in and out quickly. Called and scheduled my appointment, was there a little early. They got my truck done quickly. Great customer service!

Needed a truck to tow an RV over mountain areas

I went to this dealership to purchase a truck, I was looking at a F150 but when I got there was told it had a towing capacity to tow 8600 lbs, so I informed the sales man I needed something that would tow easily over mountain areas, I didn't want to buy something that I would have trouble doing this. So I was shown the Ram 1500 with a 5.7 HEMI. I believed this would have the capacity to tow 10000 lbs which would have the 3.92 gear ratio from what I had asked for dealing with F150. I purchased this Ram and towed a 18ft car hauler with a civic in the rolling hills of Texas the next weekend and seen how it shifted down every time in went up the hills I figured it in deed had the 3.21 gear ratio. So now I have a pretty blue grocery hauler that I either need to replace truck or change out the gears. I admit I should have insisted on having proof of what was the ratio was but I didn't and that is my fault. This was my experience with Seth Wadley, this like having a speed boat with a small prop, does do very much. The ram has plenty of power but lacks capability even lower then the F150 I first looked at.

2015 Buick Enclave Service!

Great work and timely as well! Got me in earlier than the appointment AND added a tire rotation to the other scheduled work! Still got me out quickly!
