Great Service

Great dealership

Service

I had service done on my 2007 Dodge Durango… And so far everything is holding up just fine… I am actually waiting to take my vehicle back to you for a passenger airbag inflator recall… I am just waiting for notification from The FCA that the part or parts are available… I have been waiting over a month now since I first received notification of the recall…

Pleasant

Ramsey is the WOW factor

Ramsey in the GMC service department is incredible! His effective and efficient approach to servicing my car makes doing business with Seth Wadley pleasurable. He knows me when I call and walk in the door, he remembers my preferences and advises me of the work needed and the work that will be needed in the future. He is friendly, knowledgeable and provides the WOW factor that is so often missing in today's service industry.

Sold a truck from under me as I was coming from out of town

Agreed to a price on the phone because I'm from out of town, talked to the finance manger to get the final details. I told them I was on the way 2 hours into my drive they call me to tell me they sold the truck from under me. Please take your business somewhere else, don't let this nonsense happen to you.

Purchasing new Vehicle

Good experience purchasing a new Cadillac Escalade, everyone at the dealership was professional. We live 50 miles from dealership, and the service that Seih Wadley offer this 50 miles will not be a problem.
