Daughters car problems
We experienced a car situation that nearly caused accidents. The car was not purchased from this dealership. But we quickly received excellent service from their team. Nicole has great customer service and walked us through the car problem. We were greeted kindly! The service tech Lee diagnosed the problem and my daughter was able to have her car the next day. Also, Bo kindly assisted us with a question that I had when I picked up the car. Our visit was a great one and I’m pleased! Thank you Team!

Talked with Thomas before showing up and he had the car waiting our arrival. Once there he told us where to go so that we were out of the traffic so we could I spect the car. When the buying process started he walked us through every step and made this the best buying experience ever, especially for some out of towners.
I have been a long time customer back to the days of Jack Yarber. Picked up screw in tire on my Mercury suv and slowly losing air. Since I purchase these tires here, (Arrival time 7:50), I thought I would get in and out before further damage to the tire in question. Service "advisor?" said he had several oil changes and others ahead of me and could'nt get to it for about 3 hours. So much for customer service. Loyalty here is a one way street.
Waiting for my car to be serviced in the dealerships customers lounge and one of the sales people was talking to one of the sales ladies about his date he went on in great detail that is not something a mother and her children need to hear very vulgar in nature be careful what you say when there are customers present not good business

Friendly service, feels trustworthy. McClary Ford still doesn't know what to do with online appointment system. Truck stayed in shop for a week, never got any status updates, had to keep calling to find out what was going on.

Horrible way to talk to a customer
I called in to ask about a car and Chris Allen answered he talked to me like I was a bother to him he treated me with such disrespect I can't believe any company would let someone talk to there customers in such a way I will never do business there nor will anybody I know do business there

Wow that was easy
I went to Mcclary Ford because the are local my salesman Thomas made it the best buying experience I have ever had I was in and out in under 30 minutes traded my truck for a brand new F150 he was very helpful and kind I will recommend him and Mcclary very highly
