These guys need to take a class in customer service from other Ford dealerships. They are hard to get ahold of and keep you on hold forever. They don’t accommodate your schedule and treat you like they are doing you a favor on simple oils changes. We own 5 Ford’s and live here part time. Our other Ford dealerships treat us like a customer. This dealership needs to take lessons from others on customer service.

I have used North Ga Ford for over 15 years, and it is always a great experience. They are always fast to help an figure out any problem. It has always been good to work with North Ga Ford to get all my vehicle's.
Best Experience Ever
I have had the Very Best Experience EVER . I live over 2 hours away and found a truck online I had interest in and called to make sure it was still available. Spoke with Tim and he even sent me additional photos and I felt he did everything to verify to me the vehicle was what I was seeing online , I made the drive and vehicle was even nicer than I expected, I left with truck and could not be more happy , Thank you Tim and north ga Ford for a great experience and a Great truck !
I was a recent buyer of a used truck that I found on their website but I live 800 miles away. I was obviously nervous about buying a vehicle site unseen other than pictures. I dealt with Dan who answered every question, sent me more pictures and even did a virtual tour of the vehicle. They made the buying process very easy. All the paperwork was sent same day mail, everything was clearly marked wear I needed to sign, and a same day return envelope was included. I was flying into Chattanooga TN which is 90 minutes from the dealership and going to be driving to Nashville TN to spend a few days before driving back home. They brought the truck to me and it was waiting for me at the airport. They handed me the keys and all the paperwork. I looked over the truck and it was everything they said it was. I am business owner myself and I know good customer service when I see it. I want to thank Dan and North Georgia Ford for such an easy buying experience and great customer service.

Must not be interested in trading
Tried a couple of times to get an estimate of my trade toward one of their used trucks. Sent photos twice along with sticker. Spoke with a salesman on both occasions but for whatever reason could not get them to follow up with any figures or even if they were interested. Too many dealers around for that. When you are over two hours away, better communication is essential. Sounds like a lot of people had good results working with them but not me so I I finally gave up.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! If I weren't smart I would call this dealership, racist. I brown skin have a mother who is white from adoption. She and I, along with my dad arrived to the dealership after PHONING DARRYL (salesman). We made him well aware two days prior that we were coming for a 2005 Honda Accord, even called him the morning of, when we faced delays.. As we arrived the car was not in front as he said, but instead as we "waited on him to come to the front" we witnessed him, and his co worker arriving in the car I requested. His co worker was driving, and exited (walked away super fast not in our direction) as Darryl approached us without a handshake or hello, or any remorse. We all instantly saw his discrimination. Once again we drove over 3 hours, so it his discrimination was disregarded. Darryl Informed us that the vehicle was sold with no buyer in SIGHT(NO ONE WAS ON THE LOT BUT SALESMAN) and the listing is still online. DARRYL feed us a crappy lie saying "I called you to tell you." Mind you I never gave this man my number or email, and unlike a salesman HE DID NOT ASK! I am utterly disgusted with the diligence of this company, most importantly Darryl you are despicable. NO one was attentive, not even the receptionist. I would not MORALLY recommend this dealer to anyone!

Everything went perfect, from calling the store and dan confirming the vehicle, to sending extra pictures and videos and my expectations were exceeded when I arrived, the truck and paperwork ready and out in less than an hour. Id make the 5 hour trip again in the future just to stay away from sitting in a store for 4 hours.
