Took our 2017 F250 King Ranch Ford truck to get "free" oil change and find out why check engine light came on. 58,000 mileage reading on truck when we took it in. Charged us $3600.00( even with an extended warranty!) for diesel particulate filter which their ford mechanic said it shouldn't have needed that in such a low mileage truck. When we got home 75 miles from dealership we realized that they had failed to change the oil in the truck! We drove it about another 125 miles and the check engine light came back on! What a nightmare! My husband called Sam Wampler the owner and asked him if this problem was a ford problem?, a how -we -drive problem? Or what?? He said we were probably putting too much diesel in it! Give me a break!! Then we took the truck back to them - they kept it 2 weeks with no offer to us for a loaner- just saying!????Meanwhile we called Mr. Sam Wampler again since he had told my husband that he would call him back- which never happened by the way. We talked to his wife and she assured us that Sam would call us back. Well that never happened either. We not only wouldn't recommend this dealer to a friend- we wouldn't recommend this dealer to an enemy- no one should be treated so badly! We bought this vehicle from them but we will not make that mistake ever again. We are business owners and if we treated customers like Sam Wampler does we would be out of business.

The owner, Sam Wampler will not return telephone calls when we called to discuss our truck. Asked to speak to diesel mechanic who worked on our 2017 F250 King Ranch Ford truck regarding problems we experienced with this truck and he sent a cashier to talk to us. We have had numerous expensive repairs on this truck and it only has 58,000 miles on it. Its ridiculous!
