I'm sure whole dealership is corrupt, but be sure to DON'T use the Service Dept. They have no loaners for warranty work that takes months to get into to have repaired. They will tell you to just get a rental and they will reimburse you. $3000 for rental while they took 2.5 months to repair. Since Enterprise didn't have any FORD rentals (probably in the shop), I had to rent a Toyota (maybe next truck will be Toyota). Took 8+ months for FORD said they wouldn't reimburse since it wasn't a FORD rental. That information would have been beneficial before getting a rental, but this way they think they got a loophole. Hope I'm round to see KARMA visit them.

Transmission warranty work on '21 F250 turned into almost
Transmission warranty work on '21 F250 turned into almost 5 months of being out $ because they didn't have loaner vehicles and ensured me they'd pay for Enterprise rental. Picked up truck mid-July and turned in receipts. Kept being told they were working on it. Called Ford Assist and found out they just turned in receipts on Sept 8th. Been with Freedom Ford (McAlester, OK) for the last 11 years now; and have never once had a disappointing moment. Always on time. Very professional work and treat you like family. Keep up the good work, folks. 100% satisfied!!!
